Update 2/9/23: My 5th time back since my first review below. I had previously rated 5 stars but after today, am removing 3, so the 2 stars remaining is my generosity and compassion for that poor girl that took my order. I had to wait to place my order almost 15 minutes, then waited another 40 for my food - took up my whole lunch hour. Sigh. I asked one of the girls what the hold up was and she said her boss quit and other employees also, so they are shorthanded. My food was not even hot and mayo, mustard, ketchup all over the packaging of my burger - waste of product, if you ask me. I have worked in the food industry many years ago, so I have an understanding of food cost, as well as good customer service. The young lady looked overwhelmed, I felt sorry for her. Obviously upper management needs to be replaced when they have a revolving door of managers in and out and cannot sustain these BK's throughout CC.
Past 5 Star review - I had not been to any BK since 2014 because of the horrible customer service and bad food. I was told this location was under new management, and to give it a try. I have really missed that flame broiled taste, so I ate lunch there yesterday - inside. It was really good, hot and fresh and the dining area was clean. They were a bit busy, but I didn't wait long to place my order or get my food. Great customer service and food, will definitely be going back. Read moreI had been going to this location every Thur because my son had an 1 1/2 hr class. A month ago when I went there were only 2 young men working, 1 cooking & the other doing everything else - despite that they hussled & my burger came out fast, hot & good. Only negative was it was really warm cuz a/c wasn't working properly. The next Thur when I got there it was a whole new crew. At least 6 people, 3 seemed to be in a leadership position. They greeted me with accolades of how much better things will be, ect. I mentioned poor wking a/c & was told on top of the list. My grandson & I sat down after ordering & waited & waited. After 20 min I look over & see a bag sitting on prep counter. So I wait another 5 min & then go up. Despite all those people running around no one comes to counter, eventually cook comes over & guess what - it was our order. Fries were cold, burger was cold so I politely asked for a redo. The cook was extremely kind & did it. Yesterday I thought I'll go give them another try. My son & I went after his class. A/c still was not fixed, it was very warm in there (our outdoor temps heat index temp yesterday was 104°). Anyway, there were only 2 orders in front of us. No joke, 30 minutes. Read moreWe just ate at this Burger King yesterday and it was the WORST experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. There were more than 10 people in line, with one person taking orders in Drive thru, one person making the food and one person taking orders in the lobby. The manager would take orders from the lobby and leave for about 30 minutes until she took another order. You can tell she was rude right off the back as well as the young man who was cooking the food as he yelled, "They can come make the food themselves if they want!" as he continues to make the food. After about 45 minutes of waiting in line and not being acknowledged by any of the staff my boyfriend asks the manager if we could be helped and when we asked he noticed she was touching the burgers she was making WITHOUT GLOVES. How disgusting! He called her out and said you're supposed to be wearing gloves your touching food people are about to eat and she told him he needed to get back behind the counter. We left and went to another Burger King in town where the staff was nice, food lobby was clean and service was fast.
