Majestic Theatre — Attraction in Crested Butte

I love movie theaters and this is a nice cozy one that serves beer/cocktails which is a bonus. But my favorite part of going to the cinema is having popcorn and they didn't have any when I went to buy some which was a huge disappointment.

Let me explain, movie started at 7pm so figured I would get popcorn half way thru so at 8pm I went to get some but they were cleaning up and had none left. I would have been more than happy to come out and buy some earlier if I had known they would shut down concessions early. PLEASE put a sign up stating the time you will close concessions so people can plan accordingly and hopefully next time I visit I can give...

Terrible service from an employee of yours: i went to ask to return a ticket I accidentally purchased online and a woman blatantly disregarded me and told me I couldn’t in a very rude way, I then asked for a water refill and the woman told me “ go fill it up in the damn bathroom, I’m not walking back again to get it (the whole 5 steps to the refiller)” and I almost laughed then she said “think I’m kidding? Very nice locally owned theater. They have excellent popcorn, better than you can get at AMC or Cinemark!! There are three theaters and they get 1 - 2 new movies a week depending on the rotation. We saw Hacksaw Ridge and The Arrival. The theaters have TI DLP projectors and Dolby sound so the image quality and sound is very good. The seats are a little worn but they are working on a project to get them replaced so visit the theaters to help with their improvements! You can also get adult beverages at...
