Rainbow Park — Attraction in Crested Butte

Beautiful local park!! Has a great playscape area for smaller kids, boulder to climb, shaded pavilion with picnic tables, restrooms available close by, beautiful fields for kids to play whatever they want. Just the perfect place to hang out. Well done to those in charge!! Please keep an eye out though for that one specific so called soccer camp ‘coach’ who had the audacity to racially profile my kids for stealing his soccer balls when they clearly had their own, which even look completely different than his!! And worth so much more too. Maybe he feels a tid bit important here in the US than his home abroad? He repeatedly asked them if they took it and even went as far as scaring them by even telling them to tell the truth before he calls the cops on them. They stood their ground and told him they had their own and they walked away to sit under the pavilion. Did he stop here? Nope! He said that they should move away as the ENTIRE pavilion was reserved ‘now.’ What an embarrassment to the human race and to the girls he is coaching. What was funny was how he whimpered like a baby and couldn’t find his words and LIED when we, the adults stood up to him. STAY...

It was gorgeous and well kept. The trash cans are a little hard to figure out but other than that it was cool. Also you know what's great is that they had bathrooms with running water. Which was unexpected I'm not complaining though. Beautiful view in the back although when I went there was construction on the right. So that may clear up in a couple weeks.
