This is for the salon services they offer- It was an ominous start. My appointment was at 2pm, but things didn’t get going until about 2:30. I sat on the chair and she put the cape on me and then the hair stylist walks away for 5 min without saying anything. She came back smelling of smoke and threw, yes threw her lighter on the counter. I started describing what I wanted and she just rolled her eyes and let out a deep breath. -multiple times while she was cutting my hair- it seemed as if anything I said annoyed her. How is that professional??? She came back after 5 minutes and was constantly walking away to turn on music, charge her phone, talk to the receptionist, etc. I didn’t appreciate being jerked around in the chair and she was very rough when moving my head. After the fact, I realized that what she had picked up from the floor were the hair clips she had put in my hair!!! I was so disgusted. She washed my hair after the cut, didn’t put a towel around my neck, and a large part of my back was wet by the end. I didn’t feel it until afterwards because the water was warm. Then she said oh no, your back is wet, that happens when the client isn’t sitting in the correct place- 😆 seriously??!?! How are we supposed to know how to do your job? I believe she felt bad because she put a towel there and tried to blow dry the area and said to leave with it. She was quite sloppy, she burnt me with the blow dryer several times and almost poked my eye out with a comb. I don’t think that’s how haircuts are supposed to go. I didn’t like the way she left the front part of my bob, but I didn’t want to be there with her longer. I paid $75, more professionalism and hygiene are expected. I walked out past 3:30. Read moreAlright guys this one hit me like a trolly...so I went on my lunch break to buy my daughter a dress when i arrived the downstairs was presentable but when i went upstairs total chaos...I had a hard time finding what I was looking for it was a huge mess couldnt even walk by and customers all around the cash registers getting $10 offer theres not control they should of done it to the side im sorry but management needs to get on it this was dissapointing it made me not want to buy anythin...but you know what i did notice hardworking employees i saw them breaking a sweat trying to help customers except for the one that helped she was slow and another guy that was there....the woman next to us she was killing it girl was sweating customers were being charged fast she had surveys i wish i got her name...i think with a lil bit of help organizing you guys should be good this a busy location...also another thing guys if u have time and can get past the mess they have alot of specials right now even tho its hard to know what is what there alot to pick from with all specials take advantage guys 😊 I bought a beautiful mermaid doll for my daughter for only 18$ but yea im not going back ....unless I have time to spend in valley of the shadows of death😂😂😂😂😂im jk kidding if i go back i will help u guys...shhh...
Read moreI had been looking for the Moana costume for my daughter at the Lakewood/Del Amo Mall Jcpenney; they informed me that the store in Westfield Mall had it available at same price. When I went to pay for my item at Westfield, the Associate (#0281) told me that it was buy one get one free. I told her that I just left another Jcpenney and they said I wouldn't have a problem. I showed her my phone as proof that the costume was 50 percent off, she still refused to honor it and told me I had to go online and purchase it, even though I was standing there with the merchandise in my hand. I stepped over to let another customer go as I looked up Jcpenney policy. When I got back in line I told her that it states they're suppose to honor the prices online as long as it's not clearance. She stated it was a big difference, and she'll have to see if the computer will take it. It took her less than 1 min to input the sale price, but she wanted to make me pay full price. I don't know what her issue was with me, but your associates need to learn to honor policies regardless of ethnicity. I drove all the way from Lakewood to deal with this rudeness, bad customer service... and she didn't even apologize for lying about the buy one get one free, it clearly didn't advertise that anywhere in the store, she just...
