Today August 5th on my birthday at 10am i had my miradry appointment. I had already don't my phone consultation and paid $250 to book my appointment plus printed and filled out all my paperwork. I was told as soon as I arrived that they would charge me the rest of the amount around $1108. An Indian nurse sent me to the room just to let me know it's a lengthy procedure and wanted to know if i qualified, she found the smallest bump and took a picture and the blew it up and told me she was going to show it to the doctors. She comes back to tell me not a good candidate and the doctor doesn't recommend me to ever get this procedure. I really thought she was kidding, for such a small blemish and someone that doesn't get ingrown hairs and i literally don't have anything else going under my armpits . The doctor never came in to see me or apologize. It all seemed like she wanted to find any excuse not to do this "lengthy" procedure but they were quick enough to charge me and now i have to wait 3 days for them to refund all my money. If this is their professional opinion, my professional opinion to them is to at least have the doctor go into the room for a minute to verify or to apologize that he made you drive an hour when nobody advised you that a super small blemish that is hardly visible could discualify you from the procedure and on top of that charge you for the consult and the treatment so they can just send you back home 5 minutes after you get there and have you wait another 3 days to get your money back. Honestly it really seemed like this nurse just didn't want to work or do this lengthy procedure. It really did seem like she didn't want to work and I'm not even really sure she showed the doctor or talked...

They would also call me later that afternoon to book my next appointment, computer was acting up. They failed to mention, they were $140!!! No worries! Paid it in full! The prescription was NEVER called in! They never called me to book my laser appointment. On May 25th I called the office to follow up on both, spoke to Iris and she said sometimes they have "issues" with CVS, she would check with Clair and call me back. I never heard back. Note to self, never buy a Groupon if you want quality service from this company AND never use this company again!!! Stick to national...
