Preston Forest Village — Attraction in Dallas

I was at this shopping center tonight, and was quite surprised when I was leaving the store & saw the security guard yelling at a woman, and a young woman with her. I’m not sure what the problem was but I could definitely hear him yelling at her calling her an idiot and an Effen B@&ch. She was just sitting on the bench, so I’m not sure what happened but looked like she was shopping with bags. This security guard is not professional, and definitely didn’t make me feel safe there due to his yelling and language at this woman. In No situation is it appropriate for a security officer to be calling a woman that in public and in uniform I might add. I would call the security company to make a complaint but I don’t know how to find out what company he works for. I hope they see this and take action! I definitely wouldn’t want someone that represents my company acting like that in public, on the job. It’s unprofessional especially for someone that’s supposed to be there keeping it safe from...

Stopped in the area to visit the Ulta Store and eat at Panera Bread. Let me start by saying the staff at Ulta were not customer focused. Or maybe it was because I was an unfamiliar skin tone because no one welcomed me and my partner when we walked in, but ever other ivory skin toned human did get greeted. No one asked if we needed help looking for anything but...other customers did. As I was waiting to check out a register came open but the person behind the register just stood there, didn't not address me as the next in line. Instead I had to wait until the other register became free and THEN the other lady was nice enough to welcome me to checkout. Good prices on lots of their body care, cosmetics, soaps etc. Sundry prices seem good - I found Bon Ami scouring cleaning powder there - after seriously probably 2 or 3 years of looking for it at a reasonable price. Used to get it at Walmart or Target and then they started only having outside vendors selling it on their websites, charging absolutely ridiculous prices. Customer service is good. Prices on veggies & fruit were okay for few - purchased non-organic strawberries at a decent price, but organic blueberries were ridiculously high. But maybe it’s the time of year in October for organic blueberries’ availability.
