Just a truly terrible experience. We had been ordering out from Ku for months during the worst of the pandemic to support local restaurants. But, now that business has returned to some sort of normalcy, the customer service and quality has deteriorated dramatically. Our last two times, we ordered off their website app. They send emails updating us on the process and timing and tell us when it will be ready and when we can pick it up. Both times i got there they said the food would be half an hour to 45 mins longer. The first time i sat outside for 40 mins waiting for the food. This time i tried calling before hand to see if the pick up time was accurate. Tried twice but no one picked up either time. We placed $170 order, so not small. I get there when they said 45 mins after placing the order and they tell me it will be another 1/2 hr wait for my food. When i asked they why they don’t pick up the phone so i could have avoided all this they tell me with an attitude that they are busy. I looked around the restaurant... 5 tables full. The manager or owner then gets all snippy with me and says “why don't I just refund you your money then?” When I say “fine, please do” he seems shocked and has even more attitude. We will not be back. Too many other great places to order from in town to go back to instead. Btw, this is my first negative review ever and I’m sorry to even have...

Its hard finding a decent sushi spot with good rolls and good sushi in general and presentation of it as of itself. So be prepared when you step into Ku Sushi. Not your typical location but that's okay and its not really close to any of your desirable spots its just hidden. Other than that food omg its so amazing and I would have to say the best roll I've eaten in a long time and I'm not a sushi roll type of guy!!! Service should standard as always and they did their best to clean up, fill up water without having to ask. Food we ordered the fried rice and two rolls one was the volcano roll and the other was the genza roll and boy was that tasty!! The wait wasn't too long which was good and as I've stated earlier the presentation was amazing along with service!! Come stop by if you want just a quiet dinner or lunch or even quick bite to eat!! OHHH and price is absolutely reasonable meaning cheap so you don't have to break the bank while...

Total disappointment. Where to start… took forever to even bring a water and taking our orders? Food took forever to came out? Took a wrong order but didn’t correct it? Was told that their refrigerator is broken so there’s no cold desserts? (Honestly then how are they even serving normal dishes?) our waiter seemed he tried but he quite didn’t speak English well enough to tell what is going on, what the menu is.. just overall, total disaster. Each dish is very over priced. Like, miso soup is $4 per person (which was the most blend miso soup ever, like.. if you put just miso paste in warm water, that would be better than this), edamame was $6.50 (and had no taste lol), no single roll is under $18. For rolls, taste-wise it was alright. But not worth it haha no. Never coming back. Not even worth posting pictures so I am not doing it. Fyi, we still tipped this service 25% just because...

05/17: stopped by for dinner and had the sushi combo and the salmon egg sushi. The yellow tail, white tuna, and the salmon egg sushi were super yummy! First time here for dinner. I thought the sushi was fresh, service was fine (they were there when you needed them and we didn't feel rushed), and they have an extensive menu with lots of things to try with specialty rolls. I had the chirashi and for the price, the portion was good. I liked that they put furikake (rice seasoning) on the rice under the sushi and I left very full. It did come with a rather large salad and a cup of miso soup too. I def won't mind coming back to try their other dishes. It is pricier than some of the other places though but I don't mind if the food is good. 😁

Went for a quick lunch. The quality of the fish is average. Really loved the rice-less sushi rolls, they were very tasty and the sauces were delicious. We also ordered the sirloin beef which was very hearty, but we did not love the meat, had a lot of fat. I would define this restaurant as Asian fusion, not traditional Japanese. The service was extremely fast and very friendly.

honestly, amazing !! the food was sooo good, and our hostess Joy and server Tiffany were honestly some of the nicest people we had ever met at a restaurant!! Very hospitable ! The specialty rolls were great (suggested: dragon, ku-mori, white russian). Also, the Chilean sea bass was amazing, the sauce was literally to die for. Would highly recommend trying it out!
