All I needed was a simple white shirt for under my suit at a wedding a week from me walking into Theo and Co. The size I needed wasn’t in stock so the owner ordered one. The shipment didn’t come in on time so instead of the team shrugging their shoulders and saying “Good luck. Sorry”, they went completely out of their way to go to different stores around the QC to find a similar style and fit. Theo & Co. Really came through for me on my special day. I was very impressed with the customer service from the shop owner. I had so many compliments on how well I looked, and honestly it made me feel great. Annie really went out of way to make my day special. She also made sure the my suit fit exactly right. The attention to detail, and sense of care really stood out to me.
