SEPHORA — Attraction in Deer Park

Absolutely disgusting customer service. From the moment my mother and I walked into the store, we were repeatedly harassed by employees despite making it clear multiple times that we were just browsing. After the fifth time of being interrupted, one of the workers rolled her eyes at us and snapped, “So do you need help or not?”—with an attitude that was beyond rude and completely uncalled for.

It only got worse from there. After purchasing two items, we began walking toward the exit when every single worker in the store stood there glaring at us like we had done something wrong. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they loudly mocked us as we walked out, practically shouting, “Wow, I can’t believe they actually paid for their items!”—blatantly implying that we were trying to steal.

This is not the first time I’ve experienced this kind of treatment at this location, but it will definitely be the last. I refuse to spend another dime in a store where I am made to feel like a criminal for simply shopping. On top of that, I speak another language and have repeatedly been given nasty looks by employees whenever I speak my native language to my mother. The blatant disrespect, the discrimination, and the overall hostile atmosphere in this store are unacceptable.

I will never shop here again, and I strongly urge others to stay far away from this place. No one deserves to be...

My todays experience was awful! We came to the store for the lipstick. We needed it for the performance and needed some advice with color. It was a mistake to go there cause I don’t have a daycare/nanny for my toddler so he is with me. I should go to Target or somewhere not so tansy and kids unwelcome. So, when we came I was seeking for help and asking all the workers for that..some of them were talking with each other ignoring us. After a few minutes my son started to run through the store and screaming when I was trying to hold him((( but we were desperate cause buying on a last minute (didn’t know until last rehearsal and after were travelling). So, someone was helping us but another worker was constantly coming to me with words: keep your baby still, he can’t do this, can’t do that. So… we just grab something that ended up cost $50 for a ONE lipstick and they didn’t have Apple Pay here…so…was like all the world against us🤦🏽‍♀️ never...

I have frequented this location for 6 years and spent no joke, thousands of dollars there in the past. Today, I stopped in, as I was back on the area and was shocked to see how much this location has declined. First, and most noticeable, nobody had any make up on, and most looked like they just rolled out of bed. I went to the back of the store to procure my necessities and was greeted by a skin care consultant. She was ok and when realizing I wasn't interested in her suggestions, rudely said the store is closing in 5 minutes. I'm not Taking anything she says seriously when she has noticeable pox marks on her face. I didn't buy any thing and walked out. No Thank you, if I wanted to go to a retail experience I would have gone to Ulta. I expect more from...
