Guitar Center — Attraction in Delray Beach

On September 11-th, of 2024, Wednesday, I have called to the "Guitar Center" store, located: 510 Linton BLVD, Delray Beach, FL, and have talk with sales-person Gabriel, about buying of guitar "Alvarez 60ABT", which is "GUITAR-BARITON"(!!!!!). He stated, that he don't have it in the store, but, if I want to buy it, he will order it for me and, then, I can pick it up in a week, on September 18-th.

I TOLD HIM TO ORDER IT FOR ME.

Then, I have asked him, if I can visit his store (510 Linton BLVD in Delray Beach), to pick it up, and

HE ANSWERED ME, THAT I CAN COME TO PICK IT UP ON NEXT WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18-th.

September 18-th, I called to the store, and

HE TOLD ME, THAT HE DIDN'T ORDER THOSE GUITAR.

He, then, told me, that, if I want to buy this guitar, then he will order it for me now, but this guitar will be available on December (three months later).

Guys, girls, I did some plans,

RELATED(!!!) TO(!!!) THIS(!!!) GUITAR(!!!),

FOR(!!!) MY(!!!) FATHER'S(!!!) BIRTHDAY(!!!),

and

FOR(!!!) HIS(!!!) RETIREMENT-PARTY(!!!),

which will happens at the same day, September 21-st, Saturday, because he will be 67, which will be on September 21-st, next Saturday.

(THAT MEANS: I DON'T HAVE ANY CHANCE TO GET THIS GUITAR FROM ANY OTHER STORE AROUND, NOR FROM INTERNET, just because it is not enough of time for that, already,

THANKS GABRIEL).

My father invited over hundred of his co-workers and his friends and told them, that he will play and sing the songs of their's young ages: The Beatles, Rolling Stones, and so on.

And he, off course, have guitar.

But, voice of my father is "BASS"(!!!!!),

which means, if he accompanied himself with regular guitar, it sounds really no good.

RIGHT INSTRUMENT FOR ACCOMPANYING MAN'S BASS,

is not regular guitar,

but GUITAR-BARITON.

And, guitar, I ordered, is just

GUITAR-BARITON.

Therefore, now, THANKS(!!!!!) GABRIEL(!!!!!), Sales-person of "Guitar Center" (located: 510 Linton BLVD, Delray Beach, FL), MY FATHER DON'T WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO(!!!!!) KEEP(!!!!!) HIS(!!!!!) WORD(!!!!!)

(to play and sing, for his' friends' and co-workers', most popular songs of their Teenage times),

RIGHT(!!!!!) ON(!!!!!) THE(!!!!!) FRONT(!!!!!) OF(!!!!!) HIS(!!!!!) FRIENDS(!!!!!) AND(!!!!!) CO-WORKERS(!!!!!),

And IT WILL HAPPEN

RETIREMENT-PARTY(!!!!!).

Guys, girls, I swear you: my father will tell this story to all of his friends, right on this RETIREMENT-PARTY. And, half of them (at least) are guitar-players.

So, starting now, they will know, which store to avoid.

Not only do they have no clue what's going on but you have to flag people down in a barren store to get help. They ruined my Christmas surprise by lying and telling me if I ordered it online at their location I'd save money, i wouldn't be charged shipping and I could pick it by by Dec. 26th at their other location which was my "only option". However not only did I get charged shipping for both items which only made the the stuff I bought $24 cheaper then it was supposed to be, I also had to drive 25 miles from my house to pick it up at a store that was my "only option". In addition it wasn't even available to be picked up until three days ago which is a week Plus past Christmas. Also they wouldn't refund the shipping cost. if I would have known that I would have just ordered it at my house, then had them FedEx it to my house So it would be available for Christmas. they were completely useless in addition to that my order isn't even complete and I've tried contacting the corporate office and the shipping department and store nobody's called me back it's absolutely ridiculous. Sitting outside Delray Beach Guitar Center. Getting married in a few days up Palm Beach and needed music. Spoke first to West Palm location and they directed me here. Spoke a few times over the phone with Mark and laid out a plan. Today I stoppedby (said hello and thanks to Mark) and Nick handled all flawlessly. He went through clearly and concisely what I needed to do (testing this weekend, he is standing by if any issue arises - it did and we solved it over the phone and all good from then). Feel set for a beautiful event, thanks Guitar Center for the help. Music is a KEY element and they delivered flawlessly and at a great price (including don't worry about things liability damage waiver). Perfect service for your acoustical needs. Final postscript, just returned without a hotch and Mark was on duty and we got to talk. Another feather in the cap for the company as he is moving on but staying at the company.
