UPDATE: The owner contacted me this morning and we spoke about the situation. I was refunded my $20 and she did say they want to make things "right." I will post another update after my lash fill appointment in 2 weeks. Thanks!
ORIGINAL POST: Do NOT go there! Take your business to a different place! I strongly dislike leaving bad reviews, but I could not let this one slide. What happened was that I scheduled an appointment for 1pm. No special instructions were given to me. I showed up to my appointment 4-5 minutes late because of road work that is right around the shop. I was not greeted I was simply told I was late and I should have been there 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I apologized and explained where the construction was and that I had to stand in completely stopped traffic for 15 minutes. I offered to cut my appointment time down from 60 minutes to 50 minutes and was okay leaving by 2pm before their next appointment showed up. I have an event the day after my appointment so I really needed to get at least some of my lashes done. Edith was extremely rude did not want to work with me and argued with me for 10 minutes straight. I offered to wait or come back. I offered to pay the full amount plus tip and was okay with taking the shorter timed appointment. She insisted that there are many forms I had to sign and a consultation and she didn't have time for me. I tried to come up with a solution and she just shut me down with a "no" every time. I ended up just leaving and not rescheduling with Cherry Creek. I called Deka Lash Lowry and had an amazing appointment with Tania Lazos. She did a fantastic job! My intake consent form and my "consultation" took 5 minutes! Only 5! Edith didn't have 5 minutes for me... She spent more time arguing with me at the door than it would have taken for my consultation. In addition to everything, Cherry Creek charged me a $20 cancellation fee! I was there, for my appointment, I offered to cut my time short and was very apologetic. They canceled my appoint AND charged me for it. Horrible customer service. I am changing my star review from 2 to 5 because the Lexi and the Cherry Creek store itself was a pleasure to work with. It is not their fault that the call center miscommunicated services to me.
I remain impressed with Cherry Creeks customer service and "can-do" attitude. Lexi and the staff offered me a next day appointment to help get ready for my event this weekend.

Long story and will try to condense. Had a groupon for specific service that after researching, was not sure was correct choice for me. Talked to lash artist, and she confirmed that particular service was only choice for that groupon, and no time was available for other options.
Spoke to lash artist about my concerns for set to look "fake", not age appropriate (I am 50), etc. My artist was actually fantastic, great conversation, great educator, etc. She did a fantastic job. However, after wearing lashes for less than 8 hours I knew they were not for me.
I called to have them removed, and have a lash lift and tint done, instead. I was given an 8 am appointment, took the morning off from work (needed the service for an event this weekend) ...... only to find out that a last lift could NOT (oops) be done at that store.
It was suggested I call another store, made an appointment with them, had my first set of lashes removed and took the remainder of the day off work to accomodate an appointment with the 2nd store.
Approximately one hour before service at the 2nd store, I received email saying THAT store cannot perform a lift and tint, either.
Long story short, I took 8 hours of time off from work to attend two appointments (booked by the call center) for two services that could not be performed.

Read moreI have been in to get my lashes done before here, as well as regularly go and get them at other Lash Salons, but today at about 1:30pm I received horrible customer service from the girl at the front desk and that is the sole reason I will be leaving a bad review. She was rude, unprofessional, and accused me of lying. You can look at my public Google Reviews and see that I have NEVER left a bad review anywhere but this will be my first time. Explanation: I went into the salon last Saturday at 9:00am to get a complimentary lash service by a trainee Brinley and after the appt she asked me if I would like a complimentary fill, in about a week, so I asked her if she had availability at 1:30pm or so because i work every other saturday until 1pm. She said yes, she can do that and scheduled me for a week out( today) at 1:30pm. So I came into today at 1:30pm for my appt and told the the girl at the front desk I had an appt at 1:30pm and showed her my calendar reminder that I set last week when I made the appt. and she was VERY RUDE and treating me with utter disrespect and told me that I scheduled it for 1pm, when I know for a fact I didn't because I work until 1pm and even if I didnt work until 1pm I would never show up 30minutes late to an appt. That's just ridiculous. Then Brinley walked up and I looked at her and told her that maybe you put the wrong time down but I did tell you 1:30pm. They never once apologized for putting the wrong time in and never once offered to get me scheduled at a diff time. If they did then I would have still left a good review and not cared about her mistake. I also tipped her very well for the last complimentary service even though she took over 2 1/2 hrs and pinched me a couple of times as well as charged my card a tip for the wrong person prior to me ever getting there.
