If I could I would give this place a 0! This place has been taking money out of my account for months. So I booked a 90 minute massage to cover some of the credits I earned from them taking money out of my account without rendering services. I had an appointment today at 4:30 pm and I called in advance to say that I would be 12 minutes pass my appointment time. The employee who answered the phone said to take my time and drive safely. I arrived between 4:43 pm and 4:50 pm based on the parking ticket and estimated walk time from the Clayton Lane parking garage. I stood in line before a customer. The employee didn’t greet me so I said, “Hello I’m Edith I called ahead to say I’d be running late for my appointment and I’m checking in for my 90 minute massage.” The employee said, “Oh we cancelled your appointment and marked you as a no show” I said I just talked to you and her manager came over to say “Oh I told her she shouldn’t told you that you can come in.” Well between the time I hung up and arrived for my appointment not one of them called me or even found it important to call me. The manager was stacking water cups and the young lady was sitting at the desk. She told me the massage therapist went home for the day, but remind you I’m only 15-18 minutes past my appointment time for a 90 minute massage. So I ask the manager for their corporate number because they’ve collected 4 credits from me without rendering services. The manager tells me she doesn’t have the corporate number and she would have the owner call me. Oh my goodness he’s worst than he’s terrible employees. He text me like 4 long text messages making every excuse that only 4 years old would make. He tells me they booked another customer in my time slot because they have a no show policy. Excuse me sir refund my $316 because I called in advance and neither Becky said we can’t take you after 15 minutes but I’m happy to reschedule or do a 60 minute massage instead of lying to say Erica went home when in fact the owner in a text message says she took another customer because she needed to make money. So she’s not making money from the $316 you already took from my bank account! I hate franchise operations because they almost never operate at the level of the corporate locations. The fact that his employees and Jason lied speaks volumes about their lack of integrity. This is why I always wear a dictaphone because these terrible businesses operate out of greed and not...
Read moreWent in for a facial & microdermabrasion using a promotional gift card I won. From the very beginning it was really a very poor experience. It started out in the room where the therapist lectured me for being late . “ Next time, when there’s paperwork, try being early. We now have to rush this process and are already ten minutes in.” As you can imagine I was immediately the opposite of relaxed. Next, after cleansing my face , she decided my skin was too red and sensitive for microdermabrasion-I believe my skin was red due to the scalding hot towel on there moments before but I’m no esthetician. She then left for about five minutes to ask what she could do instead and she offered me a scalp massage with the 20$ extra on my card. Not even close in comparison in my opinion so I declined. We then chatted about my options for another 5 min -increasing my frustration and of course taking more of my allotted time. She then said “we can go until 11:30, and we will do a hydration facial.” At that point she put on two masks, sunscreen, and that 11:17 decided she was done. And that was my experience. There were other weird comments from her like “are you even planning on coming back?” Which I found off putting. When I left the manager went ahead and put 40$ on my gift card but to be honest , that experience was so poor , rude, and far from relaxing (did I even get a facial? It felt to me like a layering of products and too much talking) that 40$ doesn’t really make up for it. My intention was to try this company out with the intention of establishing a relationship and regimen for skin care. That morning was so bad that I’m not sure I could...
Read moreI began visiting the Cherry Creek location about a year ago, and the team has consistently gone above and beyond in educating me about my membership—explaining how to redeem credits, put memberships on hold, and even transfer credits. Each visit has been an excellent experience and has set a high standard of service for me.
On August 14th, I decided to treat myself to some much-needed self-care after a long work week. I had been looking forward to this all week, but of course, things didn’t go as planned and I ended up running late with patients. When I called—flustered and rushing—Fathia calmed me down right away, reassured me, and reminded me to arrive safely. Upon walking in, I was greeted with her warm smile and immediately felt at ease.
My first service was a facial with Carli, and let me tell you—she delivered! Her attention to detail, tips and tricks, and overall energy made the experience unforgettable. I look forward to booking with her again.
My second service was a deep tissue massage with Vanessa, which was truly transformative. She was incredibly aware of the unique needs of a dancer’s body, and her care and presence made all the difference.
And of course, I have to give a special shoutout to Ursula! Even though Cherry Creek is not my “home” location, she went above and beyond to guide and educate me, and I can’t thank her enough for her support.
Joli, thank you for cultivating such a dynamic team who truly sees people and consistently provides such a high level of service. I am so grateful for the experiences I’ve had at Cherry Creek and wanted to make sure the team is recognized for the...
