I cannot begin to express how well I have been treated by all the staff at the store. The first day that I went there, Kelsey and Amy we're really attentive and helpful... And so was Katie. On subsequent trips, I actively seek out Katie because of her amazing customer service and attention to detail. She helped me pick out gifts for a few friends at work... Keeping the products within my price range and absolutely perfectly in tune with what I needed. I visited your store 4 days in a row because of your amazing service. Each day I was treated like an absolute princess. I wish but I lived closer so I could go there every day. I'll be back as soon as I can because I love all of your products (especially the pens) and I absolutely adore the customer service. I know I said it once but I will say it again Katie, Kelsey and Amy were absolutely fantastic. Your other employees that helped me were great too. Mic & Pat are really nice guys he'll also have good customer service and they're super friendly. You're a shining star really really is Katie though. I'm pretty sure she's my spirit animal. She was so helpful with fountain pens and making sure I had what I needed to take care of the new ones that I bought and the old ones that needed cleaning. 12/10 BEST ART STORE 🎨🎨🎨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -- My favorite art supply store EVERR 🙌 (professional oil painter and artist) - I always walk in and leave with a smile :') 💙✨

So many different sections with lots of variety; they have fuller, more expansive selections of brands and lines than other places, I've found things I have never seen before or been so shocked they carry specific items I can't find anywhere else - they've got it all And if they don't, the staff are all super helpful and friendly! 😊🥰

Literally half of the stuff in my studio has come from meininger's, it has a special place in my heart for sure. I always feel like a kid in a candy store with the way everything is laid out, not to mention there is something for everyone and lots of sections are great for younger kids to find toys or supplies they love 💕.

🌟 Try the meininger brand acrylics, they are nice and thick and creamy and have great colors that mix well with any other acrylic and also make great bases for oils! 🙌🤌

Staff was incredibly upbeat and knowledgeable. But more importantly they weren't afraid to admit when they didn't know or understand something. Everyone I interacted with seemed to have a genuine smile on their face and was happy to see a customer walk in. The owner, who goes by cuthulu, was a wise wizard of an artist with a clear passion for his business. The environment was the right level of organized chaos to let your imagination flow freely. The isles were perfectly arranged to allow you to bypass any workers stocking shelves and aspiring dreamers seeking the proper materials for their vision. The pricing for the paints here are far better than you'll find at the wizards chest next door so it's well worth the second stop, especially because they share a parking lot. I'll mention that the exterior is deceptively bland, which is probably what took me so long to walk in. This is certainly not their fault however, as I'm certain that given the proper resources the highly intelligent and creative staff could easily remedy that. Also, they do carry dyaroma materials which on average are cheaper than table top terrain pieces.
