I am so relieved to have found JF Options after going through an engagement ring tragedy. I had originally went to Shane Co. for my engagement ring and to have my diamond mounted. Due to incorrect mounting on Shane Co's part, my $20k diamond fell out and I never found it! Luckily, my ring was insured. After working with StateFarm I was able to narrow my choice down to JF Options to do the repair. Shortly after selecting this jeweler I was contacted by Becky. What a lovely person! I immediately liked Becky and knew that I picked the right jeweler. I was heartbroken about my diamond and thought it could never be replaced. Becky was able to find a beautiful diamond that I ended up loving more than my original diamond. JF Options has been in the business for decades which made me feel even better. This business is family owned. What a nice family!! Upon entering I was greeted by Becky and her husband Barry. Every time I have been in the store I have felt like I was visiting with friends. Oct 2020 I continue to be impressed with JF Options, the best jewelry store in Denver. Not only do Barry and Becky always exceeded expectations with the quality but their incredible customer service is second to none. JF Options has amazing quality of product and competitive prices. I recently bought a 20 year anniversary present and once again was thrilled with the purchase. I had some different ideas and Barry helped create an emerald shaped diamond eternity ring.
