If I could give this location a lower star than 1 I surely would. My incident with this store location happened back in November but being that I had so much going on I had no time to sit and write this lengthy review. I went to this lululemon location for the first time ever because It was the closest location to me at the time while i was running my errands. I normally go to the Southlands one never had an issue.
Now I needed a new set so I got the espresso one online for in store pick up and at the same Time also had a pair of leggings in black i needed to just exchange for the correct size. Now I had the tag to the leggings but It accidentally came off the pants but the tag was still in tact never the less. The manager that was there at the time that is built like a line backer tall wide shoulders she’s female with dark brown hair. Literally gave me the hardest time in the world and told me they couldn’t exchange it because the tag was not physically still attached to the pants! MIND YOU they make their own damn tags. Then proceeds to also tell me if i would Like i could do the recycle program I'm like what is that? And this lady really had the audacity to look at me in my face to say they can give me a 10 dollar credit towards my $118 dollar leggings. The audacity to look at me dead in my face to say you will give me a $10 dollar credit towards a $118 dollar leggings GIRL?! lol I had to simply just leave before the New York came out in me .
Respectfully I feel like this mall in general racially profiles people a certain way i feel like they assume you can’t afford to be in there mall so they treat you how ever because i know for a fact if it was someone else she wouldn’t have done all that i wish i got her name but they refused to give me her name when i called the store back! By the way I'm not the lululemon customer that buys a top or a single leggings I BUY 3-4 sets in 1 setting! So please respect me and my money because your not even spending that at the damn place you work rude as hell just never again
Ps I ended up going to the Southlands location and they were just as confused as me and apologized on behalf of the line backer . As well as let me know I can make a report which is exactly what I’m doing now. If you don’t care about how employees treat you especially a manger and don’t respect your money then go to this...
Read moreUnsatisfied customer. I bought a pair of pants that needed to be hemmed. They were not ready on Wednesday, as the clerk promised, so I wasted a trip across town. I was then asked if I was in later in the day when I originally bought the pants. I guess the clerk was trying to say it was my fault. I was told the pants would probably be in on Thursday or someone would call me. No one ever called, so I called the store. I was then told that the person who told me that they might be in Thursday was mistaken because the seamstress doesn't deliver on that day. Why didn't that clerk just call the seamstress to check on the pants when there had already been a problem? No idea. Finally, a clerk decided to call the seamstress and told me she would call me with a solution. Still waiting for a call back. Why not just pick up the phone instead of keeping your customers wondering what is happening and without the products they've purchased? Twice this store did not deliver and still hasn't, even though I've already paid for the pants. It seems like this store lacks basic customer service skills and protocols. UPDATE: No one from the store ever called me back, so I decided to call back a 3rd time. This time I talked to the manager who was very nice and listened to all my concerns. She put me on hold and was able to find the pants. I told her that I would pick them up, so I could make sure they were hemmed properly. I arrived and she immediately apologized and offered me a shirt or something else on the house, and she assured me she would be meeting with each and every employee so that this would never happen again. I got a great new pair of shorts for the summer and will definitely return to this store, especially if the new clothes work out well. Both the ABC shorts and pants are very...
Read moreThe worst customer service experience ever. You'd think Lululemon would be concerned about their brand reputation, but obviously not.
I bought two pairs of yoga pants on 5/19 at this store and passed them off to have them hemmed.
On 5/31 I came back to the store to do some additional shopping and to check on the hemming. After a lot of hemming & hawing (no pun), the woman took my name and number and said she'd get back to me. She called me the next day and said the pants would be ready on 6/5 or 6/6.
On 6/9, with no word, I called the store to find out the status. No one picked up the phone and no one bothered to return the message I left. On 6/12 I sent an email - no response. On 6/14 I sent a follow up email - no response. I then called the GEC to complain about the store. Although they were sympathetic, they said they couldn't do anything, but did offer me a $30 gift certificate (which never arrived, lol).
Today, 6/19, I went in person to the store for a final attempt. The good news is they located the pants. The bad news is, they said they'd been hemmed and they had not -- they still had the safety pins marking where to hem in them.
This store is an absolute incompetent joke and has been a very unpleasant customer experience. Lululemon doesn't seem to...
