Had a terrible experience at this particular store. I drove out of my way because there was an issue with my online order. Free People sent me someone else’s order by mistake. This wouldn’t have been a problem if the clothing I ordered was still in stock, however this was not the case and as you can imagine, extremely disappointing. The only thing they offer is a refund and 20% off for an in store purchase. Know your consumer rights ladies!!! If the wrong items are shipped to you, you are entitled to a refund AND to keep the merchandise sent in error. I made the mistake of trying to be an honest person, and was met with the manager, Kathlyn, forcibly taking items that were sent to me out of my hands. Went in today to look for some pieces I seen online. I walked in no one greeted me two employees walked right by me. I had to approach them and ask if they had what I was looking for. I showed the girl the picture I had on my phone. It was a dress and two cardigans. One picture after the other. She was like no, no, no! I had asked if they had any cardigan similar she said No! So I just walked off she seemed like she was really irritated in doing what’s in her job description! The whole experience was terrible. It’s really disappointing employees are not welcoming at all. Really pretentious sales staff. I know this is Cherry Creek but c'mon at least erase that RBF for two seconds to acknowledge my existence. They have super nice stuff that is out-of-this-world expensive. Nothing wrong with that. I don't need to be reminded what part of town we're in. My friend says the sales racks aren't what they used to be. On our last visit I didn't even see any.
