Had a terrible experience at this particular store. I drove out of my way because there was an issue with my online order. Free People sent me someone elseās order by mistake. This wouldnāt have been a problem if the clothing I ordered was still in stock, however this was not the case and as you can imagine, extremely disappointing. The only thing they offer is a refund and 20% off for an in store purchase. Know your consumer rights ladies!!! If the wrong items are shipped to you, you are entitled to a refund AND to keep the merchandise sent in error. I made the mistake of trying to be an honest person, and was met with the manager, Kathlyn, forcibly taking items that were sent to me out of my hands. I showed the girl the picture I had on my phone. It was a dress and two cardigans. One picture after the other. She was like no, no, no! I had asked if they had any cardigan similar she said No!
