Pranoga Yoga Studio — Attraction in Doral

I can not say enough good things about this studio. The space is quiet and clean. It always smells good and has great illumination with lamps that dim down for relaxation. The instructors are all well trained and devoted to the practice of yoga. Classes start always on time! I would say it’s a medium size studio which allow us to have more connection with the instructors. Their kindness enhances the good energy that comes out of yoga practice. I’ve heard them calling each student by their name making everyone feel appreciated. There’s plenty of parking space. I strongly recommend you to go to one of Aditya, Annemieke, Karen or Veronica’s classes. You won’t be disappointed! They’ve been open for quite a while I believe. Honestly, it called my attention that they had only 12 reviews here but I guess it’s because most of their clients are not the review-type. I ❤️...

Love the pranayama exercises ! They have helped me feel healthier physically and mentally. I lost inches on my waist and legs since joining every week for at least 3 sessions during covid-19 lock down in 2020. I can't get enough. This is one of my favorite studios in Miami, they really have kept the true essence of yoga in all of their classes. All of their teachers are very knowledgable and are great at guiding their students through sequence perfectly!
