I was looking for a part to replace the bottom case of my wife's Toshiba laptop and I was able to find one at Compuparts Solutions in Miami graded as condition "A" which means minor wear and tear. They had a professional website and took PayPal. Everything went wrong from the time the item shipped out; to the wrong address. They still managed to mix up shipping labels even though there were packing lists with the address of the buyer clearly visible. My part got shipped to some guy in Minnesotta and I got one of his computer cables, so Compusolutions sent me some confusing emails along with the right shipping label for the other guys part and sent the proper shipping label via email to the other guy for my part. Now some guy in Minnesotta has my shipping info. Whatever. Eventually, the part got here and what do you know, it's not grade "A." As I examined the part I found deep scratches on the front side of the part that looked like someone dragged a knife across it until they reached the bare plastic. I checked the packaging and it was fine. In short the quality of the merchandise was not inspected prior to listing and selling the item. After a two week back and forth, Compusolutions gave me a 50% refund. Sorry but it's the job of every retailer/parts distribution business to work for the buyer. If you want their money you better be honest about what you're selling. Don't whine to me about your PayPal feedback and give me some garbage about how it's hard to find parts and how they are graded. I know it's not easy to find parts but it's your job to accurately represent your product. As far as an internet store goes I would recommend you pass on parts from this place unless you don't care about how your computer/device is repaired and what condition the...
Read moreOrdered a mobo. Selected USPS priority mail clearly shown in my emailed receipt and order history (printed PDF). Received update that the order was shipping via UPS Ground. This is fraud.
I was charged for USPS and pocketed the difference in this case Priority and delayed the delivery by up to 5 days which would have otherwise arrived up to 3 days by USPS. This may also be a crime. This review will stand until a rep reaches out to correct the issue which will cause delays form my client, theft of funds from my company, and red flags to the reputation of our business relationship.
Let's hope you didn't select UPS Sure post which is even cheaper and allows pocketing more money and adding an extra day for sorting by USPS. Which is is clearly false advertising, deceptive trade practice, unethical.
Please contact me within a reasonable time to have this updated. Let's consider sure post delivery window a reasonable time.

Read moreAt first it seemed like a sketchy website, but orders are placed through PayPal so I felt okay about it. I was also fond of the free shipping and return policy! The next day my ordered was processed, the following day it was shipped, and two days later it arrived on my door step before the estimated arrival date! I was also happy to find that the screws for my computer were actually a Philip head instead of the tiny stars that were on the original laptop. All screws fit well. I was a happy costumer.
Update: This company got hacked and somebody used their email to send out phishing emails. Not super impressed with their cyber security. Luckily I put all my payment information through PayPall. I would recommend only paying that way, for...
