1 star is way too many for this sorry business establishment. I was initially told my repair would be 2 weeks long, 3 weeks tops. Also, I was told to expect 2-3 updates every week in the meantime. I thought all was good initially.
Time of this review, it has been over 8 weeks and I still don't have my car. On top of that, I received 3 updates if that in last 8 weeks. Every time I need to find out what was going on, I had to call myself and hold for 15-20 minutes. And when I finally get the service advisor, he lies on updates. After several failed attempts to reach out via phone, I stopped by at the repair shop and even then, I had hard time finding out the truth. Did I mention I still don't have my car back because of their incompetence and not sure when they will be done? I should have known when my estimate took over a week. My sorry service advisor never contacted me and when he did, he lies about it. I highly recommend to AVOID this business as they deserve a solid F- as a collision center.
Follow up - I finally got my car back after 9 weeks and I am flabbergasted at this point. My brand new car, less that 2 weeks old, was simply trashed. When I went to finally pick up my car, I saw my car interior with all sorts of scratches and black grease marks. I no longer wanted to deal with this business any more so I drove off and contacted my insurance company to file a complaint and requested a follow on repair/clean. It turned out to be another $1,200.00 estimate from a legit collision center. Again, if anyone is reading this, avoid Service King like your life...

Will not recommend anyone to use them if you care about what your car looks like. I bring in my car after an accident and when i get the car back my hood wasn't properly aligned and the hood gap was insane, I complaint about it and they take it back and readjusted. after the word being applied the hood gap was still huge and abnormal and the hood was still not aligned. then when I test drove the car I noticed a loud noise that will change by speed. brought it back to them and couldn't find out what it is, I have to talk to the master tech in their shop to find out what could be the potential issue. after going back for 3 times and try to get my problem resolve. I decide to bring my car to the Subaru dealer and get it repair. and yes my Subaru dealer confirm that the paint job was bad and hood was not aligned and hood gap is abnormal. on top of all that they also find out my wheel bearing was damage during the accident which is why it makes the noise and they were able to find out all the issue within the same day after I drop off the car. and service king have my car for 2 weeks and couldn't find out what's wrong nor fix any of the body issue that...

The girl at the front desk always greets you with a welcoming smile and is so friendly and personable. This visit was to replace the side view mirror on our 2025 Honda Accord. We were in a time crunch and needed this done asap because our daughter needed the car to move out of the area in a couple days. They didn’t have the part but Josh went out of his way to find it in Fremont and got it the very next day (typically, it would have been a few business days). As promised and to my relief, the part arrived the very next day. I was able to just walk in, hand over my keys and they got to work immediately on the install. I know it’s a small job but I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciated them being sympathetic to my situation and going the extra step to accommodate my tight timeline and never once made me feel like I was being unreasonable.
