I paid $650 for a bracelet here (technically more because I financed the bracelet). Anyways, I tried selling my bracelet but was told itâs not worth more than $20 at multiple stores because apparently itâs just sterling silver. I called CJ and asked them why would they charge $650 for jewelry worth $20?! The lady said thatâs impossible because whatever they sell it for is what itâs worth! I called again and a guy answered. I told him the same thing. I asked if I can trade it in for something thatâs gold. He said bring it in and he will work something with me. After walking in the store I was told by the lady that they wouldnât be able to do anything. I informed her that I had spoken with a male and he told me that he would try to work something out with me. I waited in the shop while he took care of other customers for about 15 minutes just for her to come back and rudely tell me that she is the manager and that whatever she says heâs gonna say the same thing. The only other alternative she gave me was to trade it in and pay more for whatever I trade it in for! She then claims â925 is sterling silver and that itâs common sense. Just do a google research and youâll seeâ I explained to her that I should have been informed when purchasing otherwise I would not have spent $650 on sterling silver. She then goes youâll never get full value for your jewelry. It loses value. But on the phone you said the complete opposite! I didnât even want the same value I paid for this mess! This was my second time buying from this jewelry store. My first time ever trying to sell something I bought from them itâs valued at $20! I will never buy from them again. This was all a lesson learned! SCAM! Plus that lady was very rude. Waste of time and money ! And yâall cannot say this is fake because I have...
Read moreThis started out to be a great experience. My husband decided to upgrade my wedding ring and wanted to get an inhancement. We saw this jewelry store and found the perfect one. I had to get it customized for my ring and sized a couple times but once they got it right all was well and I loved my new set! Fast forward to now (5 months later) I discover 2 diamonds missing from my band. I take the ring back to be fixed (charged a small fee even though I was told I had a lifetime warranty) but ok whatever, I paid the fee and my ring was sent for repair. I took the ring on a Sunday and was told to pick up on a Tue at 7:15 pm. Got there Tue and ring wasn't there. My husband and I left and came back the following Thursday, by Friday evening another diamond has fallen out yet again. I take the ring back on Saturday and was told to come back at 8:30pm when the jeweler was available to see what we needed to do to keep the rings from rubbing which was making the diamonds pop out. I got to the mall right at 8:30 pm only to walk in and find the store closed!!! At this point I am so annoyed and frustrated. I called on Sunday and no one ever answered the phone smh I'm so over this place. Please find a different...
Read moreI brought my now fiance a ring from here. Since January 1st she's worn it. The ring began to take shape in February not even 2 months later. So when I take it in to show them the ring that was once a perfect circle but now almost a straight line at the bottom, I was told she must have dropped it. A ring that she wore proudly without taking it off for all but 30 days, now it "dropped and bent". See the accusation was not the most troubling aspect for now it is beginning to take shape once again after they fixed it. The reason it probably took this long to take shape again is because she's been forced to wear it occasionally. Listen to me clearly when I say this, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They lack the ability to take ownership for their bad product and I suggest you dont waste your time here when there are many other places that will treat you better. 100% dissatisfied and wish Google offered a 0...
