I buy my jewelry from this location alot. I came in this week to get it repaired. It seems they only treat you with respect if they think you're a person of "status" no pun intended. Today i came in to pick up my jewelry after work and when I entered this young lady looked at me with a weird face as to question why I'm even in there she didn't even welcome me in or aknowledge me until I said something . I asked to pick-up my repair and instead of showing me my jewelry which I brought ,she hesitated before opening the safe and asked "how I was going to pay " 🤔 . I was very offended by that. You're supposed to show the customer their stuff before any transactions occurs . After i completed the rest of my repair purchase she walked away without even giving me a bag. Had an antique charm with solid gold fingernails, took it in to have a jump ring soldered, was charged initially for a crude gold-filled ring that wasn’t even soldered shut. Two days later, the ring is replaced with a gold jump ring, but my charm has all but one fingernail missing. Told me that it wasn’t in their workshop table, they couldn’t find it, etc. The absolute gall to try & charge me even more for a trite job poorly executed in the first place as well as the nail replacements. Please save yourself the money, time and potential migraine. You’re best taking your business elsewhere. That was and will be my last trip there. They smile in your face, but make sure you read the fine print. Customer service, satisfying their customers is NOT their priority……
