During our recent visit to AMC theaters to catch the Indian movie "Tiger 3," the experience was not only cinematic but also noteworthy for its positive aspects. The staff's friendliness was a highlight, as their welcoming attitude added to the overall enjoyment of the outing. One notable aspect that contributed to our positive experience was the cleanliness of both the theaters and bathrooms. The well-maintained facilities created a comfortable and hygienic environment. It's evident that AMC places importance on cleanliness, ensuring that moviegoers can fully immerse themselves in the cinematic experience without any concerns about the cleanliness of the venue. The theater itself was in good condition, and the seating arrangements allowed for an optimal viewing experience. The visuals and sound quality added to the immersive nature of watching "Tiger 3" on the big screen, enhancing our overall enjoyment of the movie. In addition to the cinematic elements, the concession stand offered a variety of snacks, and the service was efficient. The availability of diverse food options allowed us to make the most of our movie night with some tasty treats. In conclusion, our visit to AMC theaters for "Tiger 3" was a positive experience, with friendly staff, clean facilities, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that AMC prioritizes customer satisfaction, making it a go-to destination for a satisfying movie-watching experience.

AMC Sugarloaf Mills isn’t as great as it used to be. They no longer have midnight showing for the exact day a movie comes out. Sunday $7 movies no longer exist, you have to be a member where your information is sold. But can’t really complain since Sugarloaf Mills AMC is in an Outlet Mall. “The Damned” featuring actor Joe Cole was advertise to come out on January 3 or 6 but was only available in Mall of Georgia AMC & AMC somewhere in Atlanta. But I guess it beats being coped up in the house in front of the TV & not actually get the whole theater experience. Came here to watch “Noferato” a horror movie remake of the Dracula, a German movie in the 1800s. The Bartender was super informative & helpful with movie decisions. The sales associates are clueless and dont even know what a movie genre is. I was a server for over 10 years. I may not had brown nose for tips but at least I have a break down on what’s on the menu.

We had an amazing time at Sugarloaf Mills with Magical Memories Entertainment! We provided our Standard Face Painter and Balloon Twister services, and it was just perfect for the crowd. The staff at Sugarloaf Mills were super friendly and really professional. They helped us set up quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was so lively and welcoming, which really added to the fun for all the families there! The event spaces are spacious and perfect for gatherings, allowing us to connect with lots of happy kids and parents. Everyone loved the face painting and balloon twisting, and we couldn’t have done it without the fantastic support from the venue staff. We’re excited to work with them again!

Me and my friend bought tickets to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour Concert movie when Taylor swift originally announced that it would be available for showing at AMC’s. We chose sugarloaf mills amc because it was the closest to our location, and easiest to get to. We chose the 3:30 showing because it was the most convenient for us and we could select the best seats. Our showing was yesterday (10/14), and up until yesterday we did not get any emails saying there was any problem with the tickets, or the theater itself. We downloaded our tickets into our apple wallets and the tickets themselves also were working, and did not say “voided” as it should if they weren’t working anymore. When we arrived to amc, 20 mins early then the showtime, the attendant scanned our tickets and said that the 3:30 showing of the movie was canceled? He consulted another coworker as well on what to do, and told us to go to concessions as they would help us. While standing in line, we saw parties of people coming for the eras tour movie ahead of us and behind us that got in, scanning their mobile tickets, with absolutely no problem. They went in without ease and got the complementary poster too. We seemed to be the ONLY ones that ran into problems. The concessions worker said the theater that it originally was supposed to be in was canceled but they still have a 3:30 showing. Why weren’t we given an email? Why weren’t our tickets that we booked months ago, just switched to the different theater but the same seats? She said all she could do was put us in the only remaining seats in this new theater (all the way in the corner). Obviously we wanted a refund because we did everything right and paid $50 for really good seats and we didn’t want to be punished for no reason. She was accommodating, however, and said we could sit in the unoccupied handicapped seats as a last resort and we did want to see the movie so we accepted. I still do not understand why we were the only ones who had this happened to us, when we bought tickets just like the others ahead of time for this popular movie. I have been a loyal customer of amc for years now, and I have never ran into this kind of situation in any of the many locations I have gone too. AMC has really disappointed me, but I appreciate the concessions employee for trying to accommodate us that is why I...

I have been an AMC Stubs Premier Member since 2016, but I have been an avid movie goer my entire life. Something that I cherish doing with my sons. Now, I would give AMC Sugarloaf a 5 star rating if this were the hundreds of times I have been, but today I was deeply disappointed. First of all, when my family and I use to attend the movies we were the early birds that came for the good ole 10:00 am movies. They were perfectly priced and quiet. Only serious movie goers got up that early to see a flick! Anyway, now that we have these “COVID” times, we are paying more for a movie, and seeing them much later. These later times bring “interesting” movie goers. Today I spent over $60 dollars to enjoy the movie “Ron’s Gone Wrong,” but unfortunately my time was not enjoyable because of some teens being obnoxious and rude. I get it…kids are being kids, but when you ruin my experience and others, something has to be done! I did request a manager, that kindly entertained my request of looking into the situation. He stood there and the children knew they were in trouble. Also, according to my sister, when I left another parent went off on the teens. I told the manager that I am sure they didn’t pay to see this movie, and I just wished he took a few minutes to check. That would have prevented the negative comments I had to hear when I returned because I “snitched” on them. I also wished there was a policy that children under the age of 15 have to be present with an adult. Anyway, the manager left after standing at the entrance for a few minutes and the teens left 10 minutes later because they were worried that security would catch them. So they strategically left one at a time and I was able to enjoy the last 20 minutes with my family. Well, when we left those teens were right outside the theater sitting on the benches pointing at me making comments. I am just glad they were wise enough to not follow me to my car. *Please put a policy in place to protect your establishment and customers. Also, when there is a complaint about obnoxious movie goers please check the seating to see if people paid for...

Had the worst time this visit. 1st we had to wait a while to get my hearing device for the movie. Nobody was available to get one for me and then the employee didn't know how to use them. Only said that it won't come on until the movie starts but wasn't sure how to adjust the volume. I figured it out myself! Then the people behind me continuously kicked my seat even after turning around nicely asking to stop. By the middle of the movie the enjoyment was gone and after about the Ohhh let's be nice and say only the 20th kick, I turned around quickly and looked at both parents sitting on each side of the young child, not a 6 year old but at least 10 or 11. I told them both to make their child to please stop, as they have already made me miss a considerable amount of the movie because of the aggravation from her and not able to concentrate what's being said in the movie. They still disregarded what I had said and she continued. I being disabled could not get up during the movie and tell an attendant. I just sat til the movie was over than stood up and told the parents how disrespectful they are and such shame how they have taught their daughter. I did not want to cause a scene so I just left the theater quickly with my husband then while I returned my hearing device I showed the young man how to use the volume and told him to let the other clerks be aware because it is very important to some that don't know how to figure out such a device on their own. Maybe one day theatres will make a button somewhere on or around the seats that will notify an attendant in the case of someone needing help and that's disabled or unable to walk back down to the lobby for assistance. The only positive thing I have to say was the young man that gave us our tickets which we purchased an hour and a half ahead of time. He was very pleasant and informed me they did have hearing devices and could pick up when coming back for the movie, which...
