Sadly, this Kpop shop has gone downhill in the last year. The staff are not as friendly as they use to be. Their merchandise is overpriced yet they say it's "discounted." In reality their "sale" price is everyone else's regular price. They charge $5 - $10 per PC while Kpop Story and Kpop Store in USA only charge $1 - $3. I still shopped at this store hoping it was just a weird phase, and they would turn themselves around. However, after my most recent shopping experience, I won't be going back again. The staff use to be friendly, but now it feels like I inconvenience them by asking a question. I recently went in and was YELLED at by the female clerk for examining merch that was on the sales floor. The items were below the table and she said that was overstock and I'm not allowed to touch that. There were NO SIGNS to indicate this! She said I needed to put them back exactly how they were as she continued to scold me in front of the entire store. She said the owners were in Korea and she didn't know if those items could be sold. However, there was a sign advertising these products at 50% Off. Very confusing, completely unprofessional, and unnecessarily rude! I'll go and spend my money at the other local Kpop stores who don't take advantage of fans and appreciate...
Read moreA fantastic, cozy Kpop store. I love how the staff had merchandise and albums separated by male groups and female groups. Items were easy to find and staff were expeditiously restocking items and restock items of popular items were situated within easy reach. They were well stocked with newer and older albums such as Enhypen’s Romance Untold, Ateez’s Golden Hour and Aniteez items, Stray Kids’ newest album, and a large variety of TBZ, BTS, Seventeen, and Oneus albums. They had a nice selection of Victon, Vixx, Highlight, Onewe, CIX, etc., as well. Staff were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. Visitors were easily able to navigate around the store and each other and staff had an excellent flow to allow individuals to interact and pass between each other. Purchasers were also given their choice of free D’Icon photocards depending on how much they spent. I highly recommend that anyone stop by this store for an...
