Playfront Park is a great spot for kids to burn off energy! It has something for both younger and older children, and the location is hard to beat. While we do miss the old wooden park, the new setup is fantastic. The wiggle walk is always a blast, and the large number of swings—including one for accessibility—is perfect, especially on busy days. The climbing rings are a big hit with my kids, and there’s a separate area shaped like a boat for little ones to climb, drive, and slide around. There are shaded areas for snacking and benches throughout for parents to sit and relax. Overall, a well-designed park and a fun place to spend time with the family!

Wow- Bentlyville! This park becomes part of a winter wonderland during the winter months. Everything is free but be sure to give a donation. This is a true Christmas wonderland for all ages. This was our third visit and one of the best in recent memory during a pandemic. It’s right for the soul and a perfect place to celebrate with family. We came on a Tuesday night later to avoid the crowds making our night special.

My son and I LOVE this park. We tend to choose days when we know there won't be too many kids and there's still always a buddy for him to play with. I really like how well built the playground is. It makes me wish that playgrounds were this great when I was a kid. This was my first time seeing a shredded tire playground and I honestly thought it would've stunk or had sharp edges, but I was pleasantly surprised. The only time I've been able to smell anything is during a fresh rain you can kind of pick up the smell of the rubber. Make sure you come on a day NOT around one of the festivals, because there can be a lot of trash left around the kids park even though the festival park is a bit away. There will be some unpleasantly intoxicated people wandering around from any number of festivals...

Its not a bad park but its just not what it once was. Much smaller than it used to be and a much more artificial feel. Sad that my kids didnt get to experience the old playfront park. They didnt seem too impressed by the newer version. Full disclosure: if I hadnt grown up playing at the old one I'd probably give this a higher rating. I'll probably bring my kids again but it's not a spot I'd go out of my way to stop at like it once was. It does have bathrooms and a water fountain. There are places to sit and my toddler did enjoy the little springy ride on. That was about the only thing he could do at this park. My older children are 6 and 9 and could access all of the equipment but they were bored in about 15 minutes. It wasn't worth the 45 min...
