Incline Station Bowling Center — Local services in Duluth

Very under staffed, which resulted in poor service on Saturday night. I don't blame the ONE employee they had working on a Saturday, but with Skyline Lanes being closed you would expect to have more business, so don't you think you should staff properly? One person on a Saturday night in downtown Duluth seems a bit ridiculous. I heard many complaints from many customers that night, between waiting for bowling or drinks and it took our group 25 minutes of waiting to finally get shoes and our lanes as the employee working had to keep going back to the arcade to give children their prizes - which to mention we were in the middle of ordering our drinks and he had walked back up to the arcade in the middle of our order. Played one game, tried to purchase another at 9:50pm but then I was told that the place was going to close for the night, yet online says 11pm. On top of that, my group and I were the only ones that were leaving at 10pm. The 4-5 other groups were sitting at their lanes continuing their game, drinking beer, and the employee walks past them a dozen times without saying anything about closing up. We came in sober, but the ones with alcohol in their system were given the right to stay and bowl. Feels like the employee discriminated my group and I. Their normally really great their..(if u drink)! I ordered a Pepsi only n some food. Holly cow, the manager had a cow and said, this isn't a restaurant..(witch they serve both to ppl who drink n don't drink)! I just found it extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially when she complained that she had to get a box of "plastic glasses out"!
