First, I want to say that I am not a "friend." Second, I never ever write reviews. I have nothing to gain by writing this except to share my experience w/ others. I put off getting new shower doors in my 17 year old home due to cost. After getting an estimate from a well known , popular glass company, I put the idea of new shower doors away. Way, way too much money. Fast forward to getting a few windows replaced and the owner recommended this co. for shower doors. I couldn't have been more pleased. Cost = 1/2 price of what the big company tried to rob me for. Quality= amazing. They came and removed shower doors quickly and required zero down. Two weeks later, I called 3 times to schedule the installation. No answer. Finally, someone answered....I was a little worried. However, I had given no $ at that point. They answered 4th time..were on vacation week before. Ok acceptable. Ordered shower doors w/ small deposit on my credit card. The next week they called to say they were in and could come next day. Came...installed...professional...polite and great quality product and work!!! Charged rest of bill to card and off they went.. Could not be happier with my frameless doors and the company. Best part.....I didn't feel like I got robbed at all. I got a fair deal and great quality. Would recommend with hesitation. If you don't believe, get a few quotes. Thank you A & B Glass! I never got to thank you because life got so busy and I wanted to make sure they were as good as I felt they...

I hardly write reviews. In this case though, I really feel compelled to.

I spent this past month being furious at this company. I am no longer furious. I am actually cracking up because this company is a COMPLETE JOKE. I should have read and believed the poor reviews they have.

I ordered a glass door for my business 37 days ago. Talked to Al. He quoted $1,000. I thought it was pricey but I needed this relatively fast so I accepted and paid $1,000 on the spot. He told me it would take 10 days.

Remember that. 10 days.

10 days later, nothing.

37 days later, still no glass door. During that time, they barely answered their phone, the blew me off a few times, they found excuses, they promised delivery a couple of times but never even showed up or called.

Today, I called them and let them know that if they didn't deliver the door today, I would reverse the charge on my Amex. They said they would deliver it before noon today.

Then I got a call back a few hours later telling me that "the glass door had exploded" LOL.

I'm a business owner. I get it. Sometimes stuff happens. But this level of non-professionalism is quite unbelievable.

PLEASE... Do not do business with...

Terrible experience with my mirrored closet door that was cracked. Wasn't ready when expected, I would call to check on it and was told three different stories. They had it over a month. Promised it in two weeks. Finally, I stopped in and it still wasn't ready...they ended up delivering it to me later that same evening; however, the track was crooked and he said it would still be able to install, but guess what?? It would not fit onto the groove, tried to manipulate it and much to my dismay, the mirror cracked again in the corner! When I called to let them know I would leave a negative review bc they urge you to give them an opportunity to fix it before any bad reviews, the owner John said it cost him too much to repair it and he lost money on the job. They sent it out to be repaired. My thoughts are: if you can't fix it the first time, let me know so neither of us would be frustrated with a door that wasn't able to be easily fixed. The whole interaction lacked experience and knowledge. Just a big waste of time for...
