This was my first and LAST time at this establishment. The entire experience was a joke from the start. I had an appointment at 2:00 pm for a dip powder manicure. I arrived just before 2 and was told to sign in, pick a color, and wait. It was almost 2:30 when I was finally asked to sit in a chair to soak my nails. Roughly 5 minutes go by and I was asked by another nail technician if I could get up from the chair and move to another one so she could do someone else’s nails (she came in way after me by the way). I moved seats anyway and continued to soak my nails. After soaking for 20 minutes, a different technician tells me I’m done soaking and asks if I could get up and move seats AGAIN so someone else’s nails could get done. At this point it’s past 3:00 pm and I’m livid that I’ve been asked to move twice so other people could get their nails done when I had an appointment for an hour prior. I remind the entire staff of the time of my appointment and was told ā€œa couple more minutesā€ and to wait in a pedicure chair. At 3:18 pm someone finally began working on my nails, almost an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment. I’m not sure if she’s the owner but the one who sits right in front of the door was the one who did them. She was very unprofessional and rushed the entire time. She didn’t cut my cuticles and barely filed or buffed the nails— mind you this was supposed to be a manicure. She was finished with everything in less than 20 minutes and applied no lotion or anything to my hands. Just wiped my nails with a wet towel and sent me on my way. I left the nail salon with the color from the previous dip powder caked all over my fingers because she didn’t care to remove it. Needless to say, this place left a terrible first impression and I will not be returning back and will tell everyone of this comical experience. This was actually the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. What a complete waste of time and money. Never again. Go somewhere else!

Used to be a regular here since they opened up a few years ago.. went in today for a refill and gel pedicure but the quality of service has gone down drastically! Got my pedicure done (perfect service). Next was a refill with acrylic & gel polish. Hai did my nails and he cut my cuticles on EVERY finger and made me bleed! My fingers are literally throbbing because he used an e-file to clean my cuticles! The nails are different shapes & the polish wasn’t a smooth application as they have bumps. They’re too invested in the money and not the quality of the service that they provide.. ALSO, they charge amounts that make no sense! I needed one nail repaired (menu states $3+, I had no design nor special shape). Price of a gel pedicure is $40, a refill with gel is $30. That’s $70, plus a nail repair $75. Why was I charged $80? I paid $81, 2 weeks ago for a full set WITH designs & a gel pedicure. Prices at this place make no sense! Definitely won’t be returning anymore.. Absolutely don’t mind paying for a QUALITY service!! Take your business elsewhere! & if you plan on booking an appointment, it isn’t worth your time because they always OVER BOOK.

From the pictures can you believe I got them done not even a week ago. They are thick. I have been getting my nails done since HS I have never charge to shape the nails. I was charge $60 for my nails. $35 for a gel refill even tho on their website says $30, $5 for shaping the nails, $5 for long nails, $15 for design. My pedi was messed up because it wasn't dried yet and made me put my shoes on. The nail tech was supper nice and she takes her time with getting the design. I know we need to help support small businesses. But we are getting charge for everything little thing. I am a single disabled mom of 5. I take myself out and get my nails done to help release stress because it's something I like doing. I am not made of money. I normally can wait 3wks b4 getting them done again. But now I have to get it done to fix the problem. I am now even more stress.

Zero stars. Terrible experience. First time with my mom, she got there 15 minutes before the appointment (which was scheduled days prior), and when I arrived a few minutes before 5, I walked in and was not greeted and or looked at. A woman came in shortly after us, must have been a regular because she was greeted and tended to immediately, although she didn't have an appointment, they told her it'd be a half hour wait, and asked her to sign in, which at this point I realized they didn't ask my mother or me the whole 40 minutes she has been there and 20 or so that I was there. So, I got up and signed in for my 5 PM appointment and take a seat right up front, looking to seek out who is in charge, to see what is going on and at least tell me how much longer I have to wait. One person up front said "a few more minutes", and after about another 10 minutes, they finally call my mom (this is when I realized the woman that spoke to me about the wait was the head person in charge). My mom had a previous gel manicure before this, done in Poland, so we thought we could try a new nail place. They sat her down with a trainee, which did not know what to do as she had to be guided by the two nail techs next to her, and all she did was get a bowl to soak my mom's nails.. she took her hands out and started filing them wet and put them back, and I asked them to file it down with the electric filer, and not to soak them, as I've had my nails taken off in the States after returning from Poland for over 10+ years, and I am in the beauty industry as well, familiar with the procedure. The trainee walked away, and they seated me (finally) next to my mom, and was just sitting there, her nails soaking for at least 20 minutes without anyone checking in, and when she mentioned she felt a burning sensation, not one person tried to assist her. The tech who was doing my nails must have said something, because I was truly upset that she was not getting the friendly and proper service we were paying for. Another woman walked in, this is almost 2 hours after we got there, and she also said she had an appointment, and a technician right next to us just freed up right there and went away at doing her nails. That wasn't cool at all. I have never been to this location and it was near my home, I was excited to give it a go, and it was a major disappointment. Finally, I was just about 10 minutes away from finishing my FULL SET of gel nails, I decide I will take my mom elsewhere because the service was ridiculous. As soon as they heard me on the line booking an appointment to get my mom's nails done, I hear them all talking and 2 people start flustering around the table trying to assist, and the woman that was in charge came rushing by after she also did a totally different customers nails that came in after us. She panicked and said "I will do it now, 5 minutes, I'll do it for you quick". My mother is much older and has trouble sitting for long periods of time, and all she wanted was a gel manicure (mind you, 2 of her nails chipped earlier that week and she pulled them off herself). I was annoyed that she really came rushing over, and said she'll do it for me quick. No, that's not the point of making an appointment, days in advance just to sit around for 2 hours un-serviced. I politely declined, told her it was okay, and told my mom to warm up the car. The gentleman that was doing my nails at this point kept apologizing to me and I made it clear it was not his fault, I just let him finish. I paid, tipped him for his work and left to the other salon. At this time it was about 7 PM, the place we called was very sweet and took their time, even though we go there at 715 and they closed at 8 PM, they did not rush, were polite and did a wonderful job. We were greeted and took in right away with zero hassle unlike NJ Nails & Spa. Bottom line, I was a new customer, looking for a nice evening with my mom for my birthday and it turned up disappointing, I don't feel that as a customer we were prioritized for the services we had requested in advance. Would...

So I've been a satisfied customer of this place for a little over a year until now. I thought long and hard as to whether I was going to write this review or not because the staff in there really do a good job until now. I booked appointments weeks in advanced because I knew the schedules was going to be booked up upon reopening. On June 1st I went on their website and made an appointment for a full-set and spa pedicure to be scheduled for 10am for June 24! On June 18 I once again went online and made an appointment to have my eyebrows waxed for June 22 (first day opening from the covid 19) @ 6:30pm. Got confirmations text messages for both appointments! I arrived at 6:30pm on June 22 to get my eyebrows done. Not only was this place over packed but I was told I didn't have an appointment and the owner Tammy was confused. However, Tammy told me to have a seat and someone will be with me shortly. About 10 mins later I was called to the back to have my eyebrows done. Upon paying for my eyebrows I inquired about my appointment for June 24th for a full-set and spa pedicure. To my surprise I was told I actually don't have an appointment because no one called me to actually confirm it and that other customers had called and took up my appointment! What a disappointment! June 24 was my birthday and I had a wedding to go to out-of-state this weekend and really needed my nails/feet done. I even showed Tammy my text messages that I received from her business confirming this appointments and I wasn't accommodated! To make matters worst I had a 10% off coupon from this nail salon that was emailed to me previously to use for my birthday however, this coupon was going to expire on June 25! I then was told I couldn't get another appointment until that Friday but it was only enough time to do my nails and not my feet! In order to get my nails and feet done I would have to wait until sometime in July!

I understand the new rules and regulations for the covid 19 needs to be followed. However, when I walked in to get my eyebrows done I wasn't asked to wash my hands, my temperature was not taken, there was about 3-4 people getting pedicures gone, about 4 people getting their nails done and I was there to get my eyebrows done. Plus all the nail techs providing services. For sure everyone was not 6 ft a part! Needless to say being able to book an appointment online thru their website should be honored since its a mistake on their behalf. It defeats the purpose of having the option of booking a service online if you have to wait until someone from the salon calls you to confirm it. Why is no one checking their online appointments with they're call-in appointments? And when was they going to tell me that I didn't have an appointment for June 24 since I booked this appointment on June 1!!!! I really would of been upset if I walked in on June 24 (my birthday) for an appointment that I thought I had and being told that I actually don't. The first day that they opened back up was June 22!!!! They should of been more prepared for this reopening by calling all of their online appointments to either reschedule or confirm. I did leave my cell # when I booked this appointment. It is also upsetting to read a review that someone was told to come right now in after trying to make an appointment. What about me? I'm seriously thinking of giving my business to...

legitimately the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. disappointed beyond words. the person originally doing my nails switched and brought me to another station as she worked on another client where i waited about 25 minutes for another person to work on my nails. as he was using the drill he ripped half of my real nail off and simply said sorry like it was nothing and kept working. i was than switched to a third person to do my nails and she also managed to hurt me with the nail drill not once but three to four times. ive had my nails done plenty of times to know yes this can happen sometimes but not to that degree. it almost felt as though they did it on purpose. at this point i should have left but for some reason i decided to stay through it to get my nails finished. i asked if they did nail designs there often, she replied yes so i proceeded to show her a photo of what i wanted. my nails in the end looked horrific and nothing even close to what i had asked for. i was actually embarrassed of my nails thats how terrible they looked. also when i asked how much a full set was over the phone i was told $36 but in person i asked both of the first two people how much my nails would be but they wouldnt give me an answer. the third person came up with $110 for a full set of acyrilic nails with four designs on each nail (which mind you looked like something my three year old would've put on my nails). when i asked her for a breakdown of how she came up with that price she pretended to not hear me. i sat at this nail salon for three hours to leave with nails that i literally had to get re-done directly after at another nail salon. before the service started, I explained that i'm an apmutee and have one foot and asked how much it would be for a pedicure on one foot. she came back and said "$20" when i asked how much a regular pedicure would cost she said "$25" i said forget it and thank god i did. $15 for one foot ok but five dollars less from their normal price for one foot? just totally wrong how unprofessional, carless and ruse their staff is and how they do their work. not one but three of the staff members hurt me atleast once while working on my nails. at the end of my service i explained how unhappy i was and how much i hated my nails. she continued to say the cost was "$80" for a full set OF ACRYLIC WITH HORRIFIC DESIGNS!!! (she dropped the price from $110). she had my card in her hand and when i told her to call the police because i wasn't going to pay for my services she continued to charge my card regardless me telling her not too. i disputed it of course but it doesn't change the fact that three hours of my time was wasted, my nails were actually in pain and i was completely dissatisfied. im not a person to usually leave reviews at all but this place is just absolutely terrible and i felt i needed to leave this review to possibly save others their time, nails, and frustrations from going there. i advise anyone to not go to this salon. you'll regret it and...
