Rutherford Commons — Attraction in East Rutherford

I went to Teriyaki 1. They cook the food fresh and the staff is attentive but I was expecting the teriyaki to taste different, sweeter. Still the prices were competitive. And frankly, I think it's my taste buds. I have gotten used to the heavier overly sugary teriyaki sauces sold on the general market, and this I have come to learn is more of a Japanese style teriyaki, where it's not saturated with the sauce, rather the flavors of the food some through. It's a great location for shopping, but depending on your special and if you think you're special, you just park wherever you want in the fire lanes.
