Easton Premium Cinemas — Attraction in Easton

I moved away a few years ago and one of the last things I did was see a film at the Easton Movies. I moved back recently and discovered that it was now Easton Premiere Cinemas. I left a relic from the 1990s (old seats, jam packed theaters, sticky floors) and came back to a spacious and comfortable theater experience that rivals any AMC, Regal, or Pacific Theaters I've been to. I love the new ticketing process (kiosks just inside the door) and the availability of online ticketing (which i mainly use for checking how 'full' a show will be) although the online tickets have a hefty fee and you still need to stop at the kiosk to pick up the tickets. I still had the 'small town movie house's experience: super friendly and helpful staff (they suggested a 'combo' which I didn't see after I ordered the items separately which saved some money) and due to the late hour they tore my ticket at the counter. Nothing inside was like I remembered - it's been totally renovated: from the lobby & bathrooms to the upgraded theater themselves. I think it is important I update my review. Easton Premier has redone everything in this theater. I have been back at least two times in the last 6 months. Outstanding job. I will definitely be back. Still the same great staff. Keep up the amazing job!@

I dont like to give ratings that aren't super. I've only seen a few movies here. And my last movie there was "Endgame" which gives you an idea of how crazy busy they were. Everything is could use some updating. From the screens to the seats. My son and I sat about 1/2 way in the theater. Which we didn't know at the time until we sat down were seats that literally sat almost on the floor causing us both to watch the movie in between the cushions of the seats in front if us. May not have been too bad if the movie wasn't 3plus hours. I want to praise the staff here, they are some if the kindest and most friendly staff around. Especially given how many if us were all crammed into the building filling up our goodies before the movie. They were fast and accurate. A big kudos...

I made a purchase to see bad boys on Saturday June 15th @9:30 pm, Seats A-1, A-2. The person i was supposed to go with called me and cancelled @9:02. I went to the website to refund my tickets but i couldn’t since it has to be 30 minutes before showtime. I called the Easton cinema and they told me it’s nothing they can do and to contact you guys. I’m highly disappointed with that cinema and the person i spoke to and they weren’t any help. What i don’t understand is how can you offer me tickets but can’t give me a refund? The lady i spoke to said if i called Sunday maybe they could do something. That is ridiculous and honestly i want my refund and to never step foot in there again. I work and run my own business outside of work, it’s easy for something this small to slip my mind. Which is why i don’t understand why she told me if i called Sunday they could have did something.
