The worst store ever
One of the worst FedEx location is this one. Lack of service and lack of knowledge and lack of customer support is the main problems Iâve dealt with here. I walked into Thai store with a business account to ship an item, the employee starts the shipping process half way then she leaves everything and jumps on some random FedEx boxes had no idea why she did that at the middle of my shipping process âsee the stack in the picture below â and scanned and entered everyone of them. So I had to just sit there and wait for about 10 min for her to finish scanning.
No other employee was able to assist as she had my shipping process locked in her screen and not releasing it out to other computer to process.
Then she cancels everything and made me starts over again from the beginning. Very time waster.

I got there at like 6:30 to ship somthing important. Everyone was so rude. rushing me the entire time and then they printed the wrong address on my 85 dollar shipping label. Despite the fact I literally showed them the address on my laptop. I didnât even notice the mistake because I was in a hurry to get out since they were rushing me so much. They were like, hurry and do the label because theyâre going to turn off the electricity (mind you it was like 7:10pm) and also it took forever for them to print some documents I needed.    Read moreI always experience great customer service except for one of their employees. Each time I go there and I see him, I expect the worst! He is always eager to do something even before you explain to him what needs to be done and usually quotes the wrong prices, I always have to mention to him that I had called in earlier and was given a different price --only then he adjusts the price. He does not go out of his way to do small things and always claims that it has to be set up by a design shop, even if I have done the same thing before for an extra charge. So usually I have to go back to my laptop to make small adjustments just so we can have it printed. In all my trips of visiting the Fedex office here in Edmond, I never have a bad experience unless I meet this...
