I came into this store feeling happy and excited to shop for some new clothes, but unfortunately my experience was nothing short of upsetting. From the moment I walked in, the employees seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. Things took a turn when one employee, without hesitation, told me I “wouldn’t fit” into their clothes because I’m plus-size. Not only was that an incredibly rude and uncalled-for comment, but it was also baffling, considering the employee who said it was actually bigger than me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, but especially in a place where customers should feel comfortable and respected while shopping. I left feeling embarrassed and hurt, when all I wanted was to enjoy my time looking for clothes that make me feel confident. On top of the terrible customer service, the store itself was in very poor condition dirty floors, cluttered racks, and an overall lack of cleanliness or organization. The atmosphere felt unprofessional and uninviting from start to finish. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before shopping here. A store that treats customers this way and can’t maintain a clean, welcoming environment does not deserve...

They specialize in certain types of clothing. The work staff is extremely helpful. Bought many items here that I haven't seen anywhere...

I found the high crew-neck t-shirt I was looking for. Also the staff (Chris and Nikki) were SO helpful and awesome. Very pleased...
