Bath & Body Works — Attraction in Elizabeth

It's always a PLEASANT AROMATIC ADVENTURE every time I venture into B&B Works!!!!! 💖💕💖 The experience is like being a kid in a candy store, you want to try and touch everything!!!! Besides being drawn in by the bountiful scents, you'll notice posted window signage of sales. Say no more I'm in!!!!!! 😍 Once inside, you'll also notice a greeter approaching with a basket in hand to cheerfully welcome you, ask if you need assistance, and offer you the basket for your potential buy 2 get 1 free or but 3 get 3 free shopping experience. On this particular occasion I was shopping for body lotions and matching sprays. What I left with was a totally different story. The store has a new set-up, new fragrances, new body care for both women and men, plus new candle scents to explore. After pleasantly losing myself in B&B Works which seemed like hours, I finally made my choices to get Gingham lotion and matching spray and the same for A Thousand Wishes. Plus I was armed with a $10 Groupon to add to my over excited shopping experience!!!!!! "Single lady shopping on a budget y'all!!! I need all the coupons I can get!!!! Sooo needless to say, I was wafting toward the doorway on a perfumed cloud with my cutsy little Halloween themed bag. I placed an order online When I arrived, they only gave me part of my order. When I inquired, where was the rest of my stuff I was told that they no longer had it in stock at the time of order, but that they had it in stock now I said no problem I would like the full order since I traveled about 30 to 40 minutes to pick up my items in person. They then proceeded to tell me that they could not do that that they had to charge me for the items because the other items had been refunded when I refuse to pay for my stuff again and checking my bank account confirming that nothing had been refunded. No email was received stating that the items were out of stock. They made an even bigger deal long story short I do not recommend anyone shop in the store. Management was very rude not helpful. I’ve been a manager myself. I’ve worked in retail as well as customer service and I can tell you all that this store lacks both so please stay away from it. Plenty of items & fragrances to select from Bath & Body Works at the Jersey Garden Mall in Elizabeth, NJ. As well as some employees with an " I don't care " attitude. The personnel working here, varies. There are a few that like what they do and there are many others that have selected the wrong field to work at. Including the supervisors!!!

Employees are: ** To give the respect the customer deserves... ** To fulfill the orders received via internet right away, notify the customer if items ordered are no longer available and issue a refund immediately. The customer shouldn't have to go to the store 35 hrs after the order was placed and paid for, to find out is not ready because items are not available... ** To complete the in-person sale transaction quickly... ** NOT to make the customer wait while having a conversation with a friend that just walked in the store... ** NOT working at a store to give an "attitude" to...
