Bloomingdale's Outlet — Attraction in Elizabeth

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting the store while feeling stressed and under pressure due to attending a wedding in just two days. Fortunately, Fabian noticed the stress on my face and offered to assist me during this time of need. She took me to the floor and helped me select different looks, even going back to find different black dresses in my size while I was in the dressing room trying on others. Fabian's friendly and helpful nature never wavered, and I am truly grateful that I encountered her when I did. Luckily, the store was not crowded, which allowed her to provide me with the necessary assistance. Although I didn't find the dress I was specifically looking for, I did find another dress that I fell in love with and couldn't leave the store without. Fabian's presence in the store is a wonderful addition, and I cannot express enough gratitude for all the help she provided me that day. I have been waiting for a survey but haven't received it yet, so I wanted to share my positive experience here. The store was well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it effortless to find what I was looking for without requiring additional assistance. I plan to visit the store often and will definitely return for any last-minute looks I may need...

The Bloomingdale’s Outlet store opened in Jersey Garden Mall. It’s on second floor, right above Saks Off 5th. It has a large collection of women’s clothings, shoes, accessories like sunglasses and bags. Men’s clothing is also there but I didn’t find the inventory large enough. The store was mostly tidy. Some employees were busy in tidying up the messy sections, others were helping customers.

We found some great deals here, especially on shoes and winter coats/jackets. We bought couple of coats for 50% off and pair of shoe for 30% off. Checkout line was long due to lots of customers, but they had 4 registers open to keep it moving. Over it was nice and easy.

I have started to be a regular visitor at Bloomingdale’s Outlets because of their quality products on a discounted price. So was really happy to see another one opening in Jersey Garden, after the one in Bergen...

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service, all associate I encountered were unprofessional, one associate even tried to take an item out of my child's hand .After speaking with the manager she was just as unprofessional and useless. She didn't offer an apology or even state that she would speak to the associate. The manager refused to give me the associate name even though none of the associate had on name badges as they are required to have on. ALSO , ITEMS ARE RINGING UP HIGHER THAN WHAT THE TAG SAYS AND THESE WERE FULL PRICED ITEMS NOT SALE ITEMS. ITS A SCAM TP OVERCHARGE AND A CUSTOMER...
