I would rate it a zero (if I had an option). Worst customer service ever. I asked gentleman in the store specifically not to add ice to my carrot juice. The order was processed with ice. My husband asked to make the correction and not to add ice to his order. The gentleman making our order said “it’s company policy to add ice”. @realfruitjuice can you please send me the company policy that states this? Because we’re regular customers and have always been provided carrot juice without ice. Both the ways company policy is over ruled. After I asked what company policy does say that, employees say “ Go to Starbucks and order a drink” and “we do not have time for re-doing your order other customers are in line waiting for there’s”. I went back to let them know and get a new one, the same thing was given. My order was completely wrong, there wasn't even a label sticker on my drink which makes me think they may have just given me an old order that was sitting there. That would explain the spoiled milk.
