My kids absolutely love this place it is kept pretty clean the staff's attitudes are pretty excellent at least the ones that work with the children. They're very accommodating and helpful to those that are nervous about trying new things like the trapeze. Overall this place is absolutely wonderful although a little bit more expensive than I would like, the snacks aren't overpriced so bonus. Overall with everything you get to do it's really fun. I highly recommend you keep your socks for the next visit. The reason why I gave this a four is because even before covid there was a lack of staffing which has always caused an issue with planned events. I have been to several birthday parties and/ events here and sometimes there was not enough staff so by the time everybody is checked in or figured out what we were supposed to do to check in we missed out on time to jump. It wasn't near closing time (not giving us extra time because of that I would understand) although on the flip side of that I have been there before where somebody had given us a few extra minutes because we did have to wait in line for a really long time. So we got an extra 10 minutes wasn't exactly equal to the time paid but at least we got a little extra. But we also had to explain to the staff that somebody had given us permission to jump longer so that actually took time as they were trying to herd the children off the thing even though we were allowed to jump.I do think the waver station needs to be easier to use since it is constantly dropping its screen. Also there is no sanitizer at least not any of the times that I have been there set up near it to sanitize the screen nor your hands. There has been a spray bottle there but I had no idea what the contents were and there was nothing to use as wipes. I just want to throw out I did meet one of the owners she was a wonderfully beautiful lady. She allowed a lot of us homeschoolers to have an event there. It went awesome thank you so much for hosting. We look forward to future events. They were short staffed at that event but in their defense we went from having very little homeschoolers to hundreds in Hardin county. This one I do not blame them for although I am kind of sad we did get there around 1:30 1:40 due to the line and still only got until three to jump they did allow some of us to straggle for a little bit while people were clearing out to social distance so that was helpful. Again overall this place is wonderful. You will not regret taking...
Read moreSince it is fall break, this place was packed! The really neat thing was that they have deals that go on through the week so it was the same price for me and my son to jump as it usually does for one child alone on another day! So I utilized this and got my exercise on with him. The price of food and drinks wasn't bad at all. Got two slushies a soft drink, hot dog and fries was like $15. BTW, the fries were perfectly crunchy. Yummm... We spent two hours there and still didn't get to do everything because there is just so much to do there. Very great place to take kids to get their energy out when it is a rainy or cold, dismal day. There are plenty of chairs and tables around the place so adults can sit and enjoy down time while still managing to keep their eye on their kiddos. The only downside I would say is the chaos you see when you first walk in to either get tickets, do the waiver, sitting directly in the same area as the cubby area that all the kids are running through. It just overwhelms you right at the door and then as you walk through, it is kind of a maze but it all goes in a loop so you find your way okay. Also, I don't remember seeing bathroom signs but I overheard someone say it was at the front of the building which is kind of irritating just because it is such a big building and you don't want to leave your little one by themselves so you have to track them down, then go to the front of the chaos to use the restroom. Just seems like a strange design as far as that goes. Other than that, I was very satisfied and we...
Read moreMy kids had an absolute blast. It definitely burned their energy and It was a great workout. Keeping up with the kids was a task. The workers were fine, shy and young, I don’t expect much from a younger crowd. However, I would like to see some more rules applied to this place. My son who is five wanted to play dodge ball and I told him no. The kid monitoring was like “it’s fine he can play”. One, I’m his mother- if I say no I mean no and two, it’s not okay for a five year old to play dodge ball with teenagers who were maybe fourteen and up. There are some other small kids in there, but there should be rounds which children of equal age. They also let the kids hang and do whatever they please. I won’t say it’s from lack of care but more so young and too timid to address the dangers. That was my biggest thing was there weren’t really any set rules or no worker really enforced them. I understand we sign a waiver, but still.. there’s no point for you to pay someone if they’re going to standby and watch children injure themselves. Another one of my issues.. Is cleaning. There’s a lot of sweat going on here. After we left and after another friend left, we all acquired the flu. Oddly, I have a few other friends who have had the same experience. I would recommend taking intervals at some point, like they do with pools and spraying something to help minimize the germs floating around. I gave It two stars, because it’s new, and they’re still adjusting and I’m sure looking for ways to improve and become...
