Pen Pals — Attraction in Englewood

This place is incredible! I wandered in and was happily greeted with a wide assortment of affordable (ranging $5+) pens (and a pen testing station) high quality notebooks (guilty pleasure) adorable birthday cards and hilarious bumper stickers that I seriously debated. The owner has multiple typewriters on display from her personal collection as well and they're just stunning to look at. I walked out with glee, 2 new notebooks, a pen, a birthday card, and plans to go back today

I would recommend to anyone who likes writing, joy, typewriters, pens, notebooks, and a sense of community. Odds are you'll find it all here :} Im shocked they just opened with how homey it feels!

Pen Pals is such a gem! Judy went above and beyond by special ordering the perfect Thank You cards for my wedding and even some of the incredible cotton candy she carries. She was wonderful to work with—so kind, attentive, and truly made the process easy and fun.

Her storefront is absolutely adorable and hands down one of the best shops in Englewood. I always go there for cards and small gifts, and I already can’t wait to come back soon to pick up more goodies (including some fun items for collaging!).

One of the best small locally-owned shops I've been to in a while. This place not only has the best curated selection of writing implements, but also the nicest owner who loves what they do. They were so knowledgeable about their products and informed me about anything I had questions about. Highly recommend. I also highly recommend the Lumos Mini I just bought there - Architect-approved writing utensil or a GREAT gift...
