Very poor customer service for over 5 years of buying my phones at the Euless Target store. A young lady (no longer there) sold me a "memory upgrade SIM card" fraudently for my phone, along with a "piggy-back" adapter that I didn't realize HAD TO BE continuously connected. I learned today that this was for a CAMERA -- not a cell phone! Returned for full credit because it was WORTHLESS to me. They refunded the $20. adapter but "unfortunately, we can't refund the $53.99 for the SanDisk" said the GM Adam, a very uncaring person for customer service. I had previously talked with Carlos, but he had no authority either to make an exception. We're all very busy these days, and I didn't realize Target slips in a small-type phrase: "Return by..." and then a date only 30 days later. I returned it 60 days later (thinking I had 90 days) because of my busy schedule and it made no difference to Adam to keep a customer happy. It's NOT the $54 bucks that irritates me here -- it's the principle of Adam's former employee selling me something that was WRONG from the beginning. Lesson here -- read the small print on your receipt and ASK QUESTIONS about warranty and return policy IMMEDIATELY or Target will KEEP...
Read moreEven with the updates/remodel, I still like this store. Going to take time to get used to it though... it's sometimes hard to accept change. I'm an old fuddy duddy. I already miss the in-store Café and so does my daughter.
Great place to get quality groceries and household needs all in one place. Although... it is a bit frustrating that the Grapevine Target location carries more of and sometimes "better" products than the Euless Super Target. Figure that one out.
Cartwheel helps me save money and Target is good at having regular sales on items most families need at the right time of year. It's great to stock up!
Kudos for a good clean store. Most employees are helpful and friendly. Transitions are tough and I admit it's mostly been handled well.
My only complaint at this point is the addition of self check out stations. I don't care to pay the same amount for items that I essentially have to become a cashier/bagger for. If I wanted a retail job, I would get one. Nothing against doing this type of job, it's just the principle of the thing. I've been a cashier for many years and would prefer to not have to be one every time I go...
Read moreThis review is based on what I witnessed between a so-called manager (Johanna) and an employee. Today, 8/30/18 at around 9am I witnessed Johanna speak ugly to an employee IN FRONT of customers walking by. That is completely unacceptable, uncalled for, and out right unprofessional for a manager to do during business hours. This poor employee could not get one word in and when she tried to, Johanna tried making it seem like she was popping an attitude. I am a manager myself and I WOULD NEVER talk to my staff in the way Johanna did to that poor employee. The least Johanna could have done was tell her to finish within the hour and to see her when she was done. That’s what A PROFESSIONAL manager would do. Not chew her out in the open with customers hearing everything. Johanna has no manager professionalism at all. She should not be allowed to speak to her staff like that or mistreat them for that matter. And all the other employees standing around around listening...you should have walked away instead of standing there watching the poor employee be emberrased. I will be contacting corporate!! Johanna should not be...
