First time being at this store and last time I will be there. Store looks nice and has a lot of great things. And itâs clean for the most part. But customer service is really terrible. Employees acts like they do not want to be there. I had an incident of using two cards to purchase an order, I returned the merchandise because I went to Ross and saw the same products but for a much cheaper price. As soon as I walked to the counter with my returns, the employee rolled her eyes. Long story cut short, I used a debit card and a credit card to make my purchase. I asked the employee to return the amount that was paid using the credit card and the rest of the balance be returned on my debit. The employee had a really bad attitude and wanted to return the whole amount into my debit card. I asked for a manager, her body language shows that the manager wasnât going to do anything about it. And sure enough the manager didnât even seem like he was listening to me when I was explaining the issue. Anyways, my money was finally returned and I told them that I will not be returning back to the store and manager didnât seem to care and employee didnât either. I have never had to write a bad review for any situation but this one took the cake. I understand employees sometimes do have bad days and having to deal with checking ppl out while standing on their feet for hrs adds much more to whatever they are dealing with, but life is too short, the world is cruel and it wouldnât hurt any of us to be nice and kind to others no matter our situations in life. When I got to check out, Patricia had the worst attitude I have ever seen in the customer service industry. I asked her not to staple the purchase receipt and the return receipts together numerous times, and she blatantly ignored me and then after stapling, then âapologizedâ and laughed about it. She took her time making two tags on my return because the tags âwerenât visible clearlyâ in her mind however it was still scannable by the computer. Yes, check out is always a little scary to look at, but normally the line moves quick, always almost every register is being used & employees are more attentive than the customers are... but today (which it very well could have been an "off" day) there were 3 registers that seemed to be "open", but at one point only one employee, then, finally two... but where did the 3rd go?
