iTea Lounge — Restaurant in Euless

I have been coming here for over a year and my drinks are always consistently good no matter what I get. The staff is always quick, nice, and it is cozy inside. There is also a huge selection and different milk choices including almond, coconut, or even protein blends. Tons of topping choices too. It is also in an area that is easy to get to. I have yet to be served a drink that’s so bad I need to throw it away..

For the people complaining about the straws..there are two sets of straws. The left is small straws and the right is boba straws. This location also appears to be family owned or a small brand..so it isn’t exactly going to compare with the big boba tea franchises with multiple locations that have fancy machines and a full staff..with that being said the prices are much better here and you don’t have to deal with the huge crowd. (Spent almost $9 at a boba place in k-town vs $5 here for the same drink) This location is also one of few boba places in the area. Overall though, it’s still good and I enjoy visiting smaller businesses.

I have been looking for a place like the iTea Lounge in the Bedford Euless area, and by far this is the best place to go for Boba teas, milks, juices, smoothies, cream blends and iced blends. They use fresh quality ingredients, blending the frozen blends to a smooth and perfect consistency. My favorite is the White Chocolate Mocha Frozen Coffee Blend with Almond Milk & Flavor (by special request) with Boba. This is a small family owned and operated business (sweet, older couple). From the moment I walked into the shop, it smelled like intense smoke. I feel that if one calls themselves a lounge, they should address the issue. As we were choosing our drinks, the atmosphere turned from pleasant to hostile when the cashier made it clear to us that he had no intentions of standing and waiting on us for much longer. After ordering our drinks, we all sat down on some very rickety chairs to wait. Upon getting our drinks, one of them was the incorrect flavor and asked for a correction. Upon receiving the new corrected flavor from the disgruntled cashier, we noticed that the plastic seal on the top was loose and was leaking all over the place!
