My daughter asked for birthday donuts for birthday. I called and ordered them from Sara donut. Even with spelling her name for them 3 times, including breaking down phonetically (example: B as in baby), they spelled it wrong. On top of that they looked like they were decorated by a kindergartener. I was told to give them 10 minutes and they would fix it by putting 2 regular donuts together to make the b. The owner still recognized/remembered me even when I came back after college! We've been coming for 9 years and will keep coming as long as they're open; I'm hoping to bring my...
