I brought in business and professional licenses to be framed and they did excellent work. They followed my instructions perfectly.

Unfortunately my instructions were bad, so I had to bring one frame back to have it modified slightly.

They offered to correct my mistake for free, however I insisted that I pay them something for their time, so they agreed to charge me a small amount.
