I ordered 2 live lobsters 5 days ago for pickup on January 1st, 2014. I came in to pick them up at 1 pm on the 1st of January, 2014. You sold them to someone else on the 31st of December. What, the poor guy that ordered 5 and needed 7 was more important than me?
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN AT CASH WISE, NO GAS, FOOD, RENT MOVIES, BUY A LOTTERY TICKET, I MEAN NOTHING AGAIN! WHEN YOU COULD NOT CALL ME AND TELL ME THIS, BEFORE I DROVE TO YOUR STORE, YOU TOOK MY TELEPHONE NUMBER DOWN. WHAT FOR? OH, JUST TO INCONVENIENCE ME FURTHER? YOU OFFERED TO SELL ME FROZEN LOBSTER TAILS AT THE SAME PRICE! ARE YOU INSANE? IF I WANTED LOBSTER TAILS I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THEM THAT DAY AND HAD THEM IN MY FREEZER. WHY TAKE RESERVATIONS WHEN THEY MEAN NOTHING TO YOU PEOPLE? HOW CAN YOU BE OUT OF THINGS THAT PEOPLE ORDER? HOW CAN YOU SELL SOMETHING THAT I ORDERED, TO SOMEONE ELSE? THAT IS JUST SO WRONG. I WORK AT A PLACE THAT EMPLOYS ABOUT 900 PEOPLE, I'VE LIVED MY WHOLE LIFE IN THE FARGO AREA, I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE AND I'M GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW I'VE BEEN TREATED BY YOUR STORE. Read moreI had a frustrating experience with a cashier at this Cash Wise location. She was extremely rude and had zero patience over a situation that was created by the store’s own custom security system. Instead of allowing customers to scan drink cups like usual, this location requires you to manually type in the SKU code from a small label on the cup. I wasn’t familiar with this process and asked where to find the code she snapped at me and pointed to a tiny sticker in the top left corner of the screen like I was supposed to just know.
As someone who is dyslexic, typing in random codes and trying to locate a custom sticker like that isn’t easy. Rather than being helpful or understanding, she treated me like I was a burden for asking questions. It really ruined the checkout experience.
That said, the people working in the food section were great very friendly and respectful. The food was cooked well, and that part of the store felt welcoming. It’s just unfortunate the checkout experience didn’t match the same...
Read moreThis store used to be good. However over the past 3-5 years it's gone downhill. The produce quite often has fruit flies buzzing around it. There is often times moldy producing sitting on the shelf. Alot of things we used to be able to get, we no longer can. We used to like a number of the cashwise brand items that have now been replaced by the Crave brand, which Crave to me is a horrible tasting food brand. The shelves are empty quite often of product(Im not sure if it has to do with not being ordered, cant get product in, or no body to restock or a combination of all three). Their self checkout machines and systems are the slowest system in the FM area to register and scan and process your items. They definitely need to update their self checkouts entirely so customers can actually use them efficiently.
