I'm a retired 66-year old widower, and a proud 11-year veteran. Having been a customer of "INTERFACE" for 20+ years, and becoming more disgusted with their abhorrent lack of customer service......I decided it was time for a change. Acting on a recommendation from an ALARM SECURITY customer whom I found on my local NextDoor.com, I contacted owner Matt McMillen for a quote. I was contacted quickly, and hearing that ALARM SECURITY is a local "AMERICAN" business, with NO overseas foreign customer service representatives who only speak broken English & give customers the run-a-round, and putting customers on hold for various lengths of time........was enough evidence to convince me I found a "new" alarm company to protect my home here in Jefferson County, Missouri! The install was quickly completed by a professional technician. The courtesy & kindness he displayed in answering all of my questions was deeply appreciated. I was significantly impressed with Matt and his team's courteousy & professionalism........it was like a breath of fresh air! I look forward to many years with ALARM SECURITY...
