Update: after leaving this review the manager of the salon called immediately and offered that his co-manager redo my nails. It was an exceptional experience and the exact opposite of what I experienced during my first visit. The manager apologized profusely and said he would check video footage so he could speak with the nail tech who helped me so that they could have a chat with her. I think I had a bad one off experience but this isn't typical practice for this salon. After getting my nails redone nobody even asked me to redo my review but it was an exceptional experience and I'm sad I didn't get to this sooner. I hope no new customers are scared off cause of reviews - even if the first experience isn't great management truly wants you to have an excellent time and WILL work to make it right! BEAUTIFUL location and fantastic color selection. You will be blown away upon entering as the esthetics are above standard and the prices are fair. However, value, quality, and professionalism do not match the salon esthetic/appearance. The nail tech kept pulling my arms closer to her rather than her scooting her chair or extending herself towards me. I felt like my arms kept getting yanked! She was not gentle at all while doing the manicure - in my experience manicures are suppose to be relaxing to the client and techs accommodate the client needs not the other way around. It's not like I was sitting back - I scooched my chair as close as I could and still I was getting yanked while my tech was slouching tugging at me. My nails have already begun chipping and it's been 6 days since getting my GEL manicure. I wish I would have paid attention the the reviews I read here. The tugging at the arms could definitely go unsaid and forgotten had my nails actually stayed in tact and not already begun chipping less than a week later!

I’ve had my nails done here several times and each time has been a let down. The salon is beautiful, I had such high hopes which is why I keep going back but this last time was the final straw. It’s like they do not care about actually giving you a good service. They want to get you in and out as fast as possible. No quality work. They either cut your nails too short or leave them too long or do such bad work that your nails chip three days later while wrapping Christmas presents. I would not recommend this salon. They need to slow down and do quality work. I paid extra for chrome. I spent about $55 just for gel polish manicure with chrome which I wouldn’t mind paying if they actually lasted at least a week but I had chips in several nails just three days later. One of my nails was cut so short that I now have an ingrown painful finger. I’m shocked at how bad the service actually is. I’ve been to at least 4 different nail techs and was met with the same level of care with each. I’m super disappointed and won’t be going back.

I’ve never been to this salon before but my mom wanted to try it out and it was very beautiful inside and the staff was very nice however, I always get dip nails and I’ve never had an issue with breaking or cracking EVER, but the next day 3 of my nails were already cracked and within a week 4 of nails have had pieces break off, I wasn’t able to come in and get them fixed because I was going on a trip, and when I went online to their website to contact them I was upset to see that they don’t offer refunds. Also the night I got my nails done when I got home, my whole nails and cuticles were burning, I mean it really hurt, I’m guessing from over filing them, also in the last photo of my thumb, you can see that they placed the nail right on my cuticle and I think that’s why my nails have been breaking.

I will never be returning to this salon. I went in for an acrylic fill and requested a simple almond-shaped nude set with white chrome, showing the technician an exact picture of what I wanted. She said that she could do it and had me sit down. Things quickly went downhill from there. The files, which should be single-use, were clearly already used. The technician then filed my nails aggressively with a worn sanding band, over-filing them and damaging my cuticles, which ended up bleeding. When I pointed this out, she simply said, "oops, you're bleeding," and didn’t clean the area or disinfect any tools. The chrome she applied was nothing like what I had requested. Instead of the subtle white chrome, she used an obnoxious unicorn chrome color. When I mentioned that it wasn’t what I wanted, she said that was the only option they had. To top it off, less than 24 hours later, one of my nails lifted. I tried to soak them off at home but quickly realized MMA had been used, preventing them from soaking off. I called the salon and scheduled a soak-off appointment, hoping they could remove them properly. When I arrived, the technician didn’t greet me or explain anything. She immediately grabbed a nail tip and began forcefully popping off my acrylics, which was extremely painful. When I asked why she wasn’t soaking them off as I had requested, she said popping them off was faster. I sat there while she continued, ignoring my discomfort. When the acrylics finally came off, my nails were left severely damaged, with visible rings of fire underneath. My natural nails have been brittle and unhealthy ever since. This salon clearly doesn’t prioritize customer health or satisfaction. They rush through services, reuse single-use tools, and provide careless cuticle work. I would not recommend this...

UPDATE:

The owners response to my comment is NOT what the manager told me. Toni never stopped talking over me to allow a conversation to happen and continued to put me on hold every time I spoke. Wouldn't that make you incredibly angry too? This salon is a joke and as I told Toni multiple times my bank is waiting for M. VINCE TO COMPLETE the transaction. Voided transactions should NOT take 5-7 Business days to return the money to a customer. And guess what it's the 7th business day and the money hasn't been returned. But please go ahead and continue to tell me that I am wrong. The owner also stated their "merchant" or the financial team as Toni claimed called me but they did not. Only Toni called to leave a message claiming the money would be returned in a couple days. Again, it's now been a week and the money is still not returned. A corporate rep called yesterday to let us know the money would be returned today, but surprise, it's still not here. How long do I need to wait for the money to be returned!?

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! THEY LIE & STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Went in a week ago and was double charged. Called to work things out with the manager, Toni, and he blatantly called me a liar, would not take the time to listen to a word I said. Has been lying for a week and telling multiple different stories. He has hung up on me after talking over me and wouldn't even look up the transaction info. Money has still not been returned to my bank account and Toni has continued to lie. Pretty sad because the actual visit was great, but I've never met such an inexperienced manager who thinks they knows everything, refuses to help a customer, and talks over someone calling them a liar....
