No stars isn’t an option! Very poor service. Stopped by to get a prescription filled for the first time there. I shared my mobile number because the clerk said she could text me when the prescription was ready. So I shopped for about 40 minutes near the pharmacy waiting on a text. The next thing I know the clerk has shut everything down and is walking out. I caught up to her and asked if she.had my presrription ready. I had waited. She said, “I’m sorry sir, but I have already armed the system. We open at 10:00 in the morning.” I never got a text nor did she attempt to send one. I happen to know for a fact, if you can arm a system, you can disarm it. That thing did not want to go back in there and get my medicine~aka, lack of initiative in the customer service arena. I think I’ll just collect my paperwork and walk down to the Kroger at 10:00. Going to Target was a bad idea. My gut told me so. In all fairness, the pharmacy is CVS branded. I witnessed leaving a Co worker speaking to another co worker badly. I felt sorry for the young lady you can tell she was frustrated and as I listened I can her the young lady to whom I guess supposed to be over her she didn’t know she had to tell her she was gone and she continued to say she never closed so she didn’t know. But the lady whom was speaking to her continued to be disrespectful instead of explaining to her. That’s what she was supposed to do and let her if she closed again to get with someone in management to let them know. This target feels like an unpleasant visit to Walmart. The employees needs to learn communication skills with employees and customers so unprofessional. No one deserves to be talked down to. Read moreI was in the store today. Ask electronic salesperson if they could price match an on sale iPad Pro with another item because the advertised item was out of stock. Salesperson was unsure therefore he called manager. After waiting over 15 minutes for a manager, the manager Cody came with a very unpleasant tone. He stated so you want me to discount a new iPad at the price of a discontinued one. I informed him that I didn't request a specific item, I simply asked if they price match a comparable item.
This lack of the use of proper customer service is unacceptable since he seemed to be bothered by my request. Target shouldn't advertise an item that is not available in the store.
