I recently ordered 6 trays from The Jewelry Tray Factory. Four trays were for jewelry (semi-custom) and two for lingerie (totally custom). They did a beautiful job - great quality and the design was exactly as specified.

I emailed rough sketches and Diana responded with detailed drawings, all dimensions clearly marked. She helped me fine tune my designs and modified as needed.

Lead times were accurate; trays well packed for shipping.
