Beds Best Bargain — Local services in Tamarac

I was in the market for a new mattress, so I went online looking for an old warehouse mattress place that I once visited years ago, and instead found 3B. I was impressed by ts great Google ratings. Now I know why.

I first perused their website and saw the Biscayne Bedding brand of mattress, which I had heard of since they are reputable, local SF manufacturer. I was after the firmest mattress possible, so I then sent a web inquiry asking for quotes on two models I had chosen. Owner Chris responded to my web inquiry with an email a day later, which I greatly appreciated. I then paid 3B a visit during my lunch break at work, and there was Chris, working away on the phone. I told him I was the guy who emailed. Chris said the mattress I wanted wasn't in stock, but was at one of his other warehouses and he could get it here quickly. Browsing his floor models, I then told him I was after the firmest mattress possible. He then said I should look at another brand, Kingsdown, which I was also familiar with. This mattress was perfect. Chris then went to check his stock and he had one. I did the sales transaction right there, and came back after work to pick it up in my truck.

Chris is one of the most personable and professional people I have ever dealt with in a discount warehouse environment. They guy works very hard, and many people from well outside the area reach out to him looking for product. He told me the Biscayne Bedding mattresses are supplied to all of the Disney resorts, so once hotel guests discover this and determine 3B carries this brand, Chris' phone starts ringing.

I waited 2 days after my purchase to write this review because I wanted to test out the mattress. I will go on record and state that it is one of the best mattresses (if not THE best) I have slept on in my 55 years. So happy to have found this store! I had my bedroom renovated and wanted some nice bedroom furniture that I could afford. I was searching craigslist to see what I could find. I came across this store's listings and saw lots and lots of furniture that could work for me. So I texted the number listed and almost immediately started getting texts back. So I started narrowing down what I needed and when they sent info I'd search the web to find matching furniture and prices. BedsBestBargain was quoting better prices than I could find anywhere else. I finally decided what I wanted and they quoted a great price and even sent pictures of the tags so I could see the manufacture's info. Then they worked with me on a delivery date and time. The delivery guys were efficient and quickly put everything together for me, even coming back when I called them with a problem. They had been gone about 10 minutes when I tried to shift the furniture a little and it started to wobble. I thought maybe the feet were not on exactly right. When the guys came back, I knew they were tired but they were equally polite as they had been on the first visit. Then they showed me how the ridges in my new floor were causing the problem. I felt terrible about discovering there was nothing wrong but was so grateful they were kind. You will love this store, their inventory is huge, their prices and their customer support are the best. I found this place by a chance encounter just driving home and I must say I could not be happier that I stopped to look around. Not only do they have a “huge” selection of beautiful and unique pieces but their prices are unbeatable!!!!! From my initial visit with Jennifer ( who was knowledgeable, professional, extremely nice but most importantly patient)and the owner ( who was friendly and always willing to help) to the last visit with the delivery men Marvin and Adrian ( who were prompt, professional and competent) my experience was phenomenal!!!
