They rushed me throughout the whole entire service! I cannot even pick my own color in peace. While I was looking for my color to put on my nails one of the smaller lady’s kept hovering over me, making me feel rushed! I wanted to pick my own color I didn’t want her to pick for me. I sat down and the bowl had 2 dirty acrylic nails in it from the last woman! The foot bowl also had left over scrubbing product from the last lady’s feet. SO UNSANITARY!! I asked her to clean the bowl and sanitize. She was not happy about that, but these are my feet! I’m not gonna put my feet in someone else’s left over service bowl. Instead of her cleaning the bowl. She took one dirty nail out and told me to move to another seat. I sat down and my service started! This nail lady has cut me with the cheese grater it hurts soooo badddd. I had to go to work like this. She also cut my skin down all the way to the white meat. I have proof I will show pictures. I don’t want any problems because the last time I tried to speak up for myself at a salon I was basically ganged up on. So I proceeded dreeding the service. I told her short and square she didn’t make them short and square at all I kept telling her nicely. I want them cut shorter and she had an attitude about that the entire time. She only filed a little bit! She didn’t do what I asked her to do my nails are still to long!!! Even my boyfriend who is paying for the service said “Hey why won’t she cut that one it’s too long” I asked her to cut one toe nail three times. And it still wasn’t correct! She got to the painting and omg! It looks like a 5 year old did my pedicure! The paint is not even and she didn’t even apply gel nail polish on my full nail toe beds. It’s the MOST JAGGED AND UNPLEASANT PEDI I HAVE EVER HAD. PLEASEE LADIES IF YOU HAVE A MAN THAT WANTS YOUR FEET TO LOOK PERFECT DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF HES PAYING LIKE MINE IS. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME MONEY AND MY Maintenance DAY was RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS SALON. Yall I have pretty feet. They made my feet look like all my life I’ve been stepping on stones and rocks! They lied when they said this was the best! No it’s actually the worst! The paint application is crazy work! Omg!!! Look AT THOSE LINES YALL! Omg NOT DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL! This was my Christmas gifts and yall ruined it. DONT COME HERE...

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the moment we arrived, the service was slow, and although they offered us something to drink, they didn’t put water in the pedicure bowls while we waited. If there was going to be a delay, the least they could have done was let us soak while we waited.

When my pedicure started, I politely asked the technician to apply more pressure, and instead of accommodating my request professionally, she responded with a passive attitude. She and other staff members then proceeded to make jokes, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional.

Later, when I requested a different polish color for my toes (before the service had even started), the entire salon staff made unnecessary remarks and jokes. It was uncomfortable and felt like they were laughing at me rather than with me. Additionally, when a male guest in our group requested a pedicure, the staff made it a spectacle, repeatedly asking if he wanted color and joking about an extra charge for declining it. The interaction was prolonged and uncomfortable, making it clear they were not laughing with him but at him.

Beyond these incidents, the overall attitude of the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Simple mistakes, such as applying the wrong polish color for my mother, were met with defensiveness rather than an effort to correct the issue with good customer service. At the end of our visit, the technician who did my pedicure walked away without offering my shoes or a bag—something that is typically standard courtesy. My mother also experienced rudeness when questioning whether her non-gel polish was dry, as the technician insisted it was, even though it clearly was not.

Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. Customer service should be about making clients feel welcomed and valued, but instead, the atmosphere here was uncomfortable and rude. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this...

Rude and unprofessional host/staff. 2 guys greeted me at the front, I asked for gel X 1 said yes the other said no, continued to speak in their language. Assured me they did have gelX. I asked for a wax as well. They rushed me to get wax done bt the wax machine wasn't even on when we got in the room so we had to wait for the wax to get hot then they rushed the lady to finish the so the wax wasn't even hot yet. It barely removed any hair. when I got home and was able to take a better look under brighter lighting I see she missed ALOT of hair.

Fast forward I'm walking with the gentleman going to get the fullset the nail tech convinces me to do acrylic instead of gelX. I show him the picture I want, pick out the white glitter and gold diamonds he proceeds to put silver glitter acrylic with silver diamonds and the other guy from the front that told me no gel X comes to watch and admire or ridicule idk which one he's doing cuz he's standing over us talking in their language laughing obnoxiously at my nails

So I guess on this side of town they're only used to doing short white tips or the basic ish.....so idk if long diamond glitter lovley mimi nails are too ghetto for them idk.... bt i find it very rude and unprofessional to sit there laughing at a paying customer.

I asked for no drill only nail file, he wouldn't honor that.

So i got my nails done 9/12/24 today is 9/22/24 and 1 of my nails popped off already and my thumb nail is halfway lifted.

For 180$ this is definitely not worth it. -incomplete wax job -asked for GelX got Acryllic -asked for gold got silver -rude staff -nails came off not even 2 weeks!!!...
