Urban Outfitters — Local services in Fort Worth

My daughter has amazing taste and style and she loves clothes and building her own aesthetic (cottage core all the way) My daughter also suffers from major depressive disorder and social anxiety disorder. We went to urban outfitters on a Thursday last week around 5 thinking it may not be too busy. It was kind of busy. My poor girl wanted to leave ASAP. We grabbed the items we needed. Patiently waited in line. And then when it was finally our turn the cashier began to tell my daughter how great she looked. How much she loved her dress. Plus how it coordinated with her mask. I love this location! Janet was amazing & so was the other sales associate who checked me out at the register! Thank you guys for your kindness it really makes my day as someone who doesn’t really leave the house often, as I get nervous to go out sometimes, but I’ll definitely remember these kind interactions & amazing customer service and I also will be back to get some more items! There’s a lot on sale and Janet informed me when I originally was checking out with one item, I then went to look around the store with the sale signs and I bought more items, was such a good deal and I left very happy! I love Urban Outfitters though the style has changed a bit I stay loyal. I visited the Fort Worth location and was horrified at the bad treatment. No customer service what so ever! like I was a bother to them while they do the "store task" "online something" what I was told once by the cashier. I felt very unwanted. The WHOLE staff was this way I needed help with jeans and basically was told to look and find them myself. The only cheerful fake-ness came when the associate wanted to "take my clothes in the fitting room for me" (rolling my eyes) as she ask for can she take the sweater I wore in the store and count it too. geez thanks! Will not be back and probably will not buy UO...
