Updated review: district manager called, unfortunately I ordered through a 3rd party delivery service so they do not guarantee freshness it’s a different policy unless you order from their website or app. So I won’t order via 3rd parties again. And John credited me $50 to my member account which I appreciated although I’m not one to ask for favors, along with a phone call explanation. I would highly recommend ordering directly from Snap so when there’s issues, they can resolve them adequately. Updated rating since they really tried their best.

Read moreThis place is amazing!! Very convenient and has been a great resource in my life. I had the chance of visiting a couple weeks ago and was greeted by DAWN!! She was so amazing knowledgeable and relatable. She helped me pick out some meals even grabbed fresher dates for me because I expressed I probably wouldn’t eat all my meals in 1 to 2 days. Lol she is the reason I have come back every week now to get meals!! My first week eating these meals I lost 7lbs HOW I do not know but that’s for anyone who’s doubting them. Read moreMy wife and I have been Snap Kitchen customers for over a year now, and we always get it delivered to our door. We enjoy the food, and that keeps us coming back. But they recently changed their delivery service, and now two weeks in a row the delivery has arrived as depicted in the pictures below. VERY DISSAPPOINTED! The ice packs had completely melted into liquid form causing the top ice pack to fall to one side. Half of the meals were turned on their side and leaking.
